13、事项9九、闭水试验记录表10昌平区2013年积水点改造工程污水管道闭水试验施工方案一、工程概况1.工程名称： 昌平区2013年积水点改造工程2.工程地点： 西关环岛积水点、回龙观老政府街积水点3.管道工程量介绍：西关环岛积水点 ： 污水管线总长602米，DN=500回龙观老政府街积水点 ： 污水管线总长668米，DN=500 4、编制依据：1）给水排水管道工程施工及验收规范（GB50268-2008）2）市政排水管道工程及附属设施06MS201图集3）昌平区2013年积水点改造工程设计图纸二、主要材料1、大功率潜水泵、胶管（要用于闭水试验时抽水用）；2、标尺(主要用于观察灌水时水位变化情况)；
14、3、刻度尺；4、水位测针(由针体和针头两部分构成)；三.闭水试验应具备条件对于雨水污水管道，按照市政施工规程要求，必须在回填前做闭水试验。闭水试验前，施工现场应具备以下条件：1、管道及检查井的外观质量及“量测”检验均已合格；2、管道未回填且沟槽内无积水；3、管道两端的管堵（砖砌筑）应封堵严密、牢固，下有管堵设置放水管和截门，管堵经核算可以承受压力；4、全部预留孔应封堵，不得渗水；5、现场的水源满足闭水需要，不影响其它用水；6、选好排放水的位置，不得影响周围环境。闭水试验前，应做好下列准备工作:1）将检查井内清理干净，修补井内外的缺陷；2）设置水位观测标尺；3）标定水位测针；4）准备现场测定蒸发
15、量的设备；5）灌水的水源应采用清水并做好灌水；6）闭水试验所需材料设备进场,人员到位。四.闭水试验程序施工准备-清理检查井内壁-封堵井口-灌水浸泡-检查沿线管道外壁及检查井渗水情况-计算渗水量-验收五、闭水试验技术要求根据设计要求每个检查井都必须在其砂浆达到100%设计强度后，用以考核检验检查井的渗水量是否达到标准要求。5.1闭水试验应按设计要求和试验方案进行。5.2试验管段应按井距分隔，抽样选取，带井试验。5.3无压管道闭水试验时，试验管段应符合下列规定： 1、管道及检查井外观质量已验收合格； 2、管道未回填土且沟槽内无积水； 3、全部预留孔应封堵，不得渗水； 4、管道两端堵板承载力经核算应
16、大于不压力的合力；除预留进出水管外，应封堵坚固，不得渗水； 5、顶管施工，其注浆孔封堵且管口按设计要求处理完毕，地下水位于管底以下。5.4管道闭水试验应符合下列规定： 1、试验段上游设计水头不超过管顶内壁时，试验水头应以试验段上游管顶内壁加2m计； 2、试验段上游设计水头超过管顶内壁时，试验水头应以试验段上游设计水头加2m计； 3、计算出的试验水头小于10m，但已超过上游检查井井口时，试验水头应以上游检查井井口高度为准； 4、管道闭水试验应按附录D（闭水法试验）进行。5.5管道闭水法试验时，应进行外观检查，不得有漏水现象，且符合下列规定时，管道闭水试验为合格1、 实测渗水量小于或等于表9.3.

18、30 130045.00 140046.70 150048.40 160050.00 170051.50 180053.00 190054.48 200055.90 5.6试验管段应按井距分隔，长度不宜大于1km，带井试验。5.7管道内径大于700mm时，可按管道井段数量抽样选取1/3进行试验；试验不合格时，抽样井段数量应在原抽样基础上加倍进行试验。附录 D 闭水法试验D.0.1 闭水法试验应符合下列程序：1、试验管段灌满水后浸泡时间不应小于 24h；2、 试验水头应按本规范第 9.3.4 条的规定确定；3、 当试验水头达规定水头时开始计时，观测管道的渗水量，直至观测结束时，应不断地向试验管段
19、内补水，保持试验水头恒定。渗水量的观测时间不得小于 30min；4、 实测渗水量应按下式计算：式中：q实测渗水量L/ (min * m)；W补水量(L)；T实测渗水量观测时间(min)；L试验管段的长度(m)。六、试验方法1、准备工作灌水之前首先将检查井内清理干净，以免充水后井内浮渣漂浮水面，影响测试精度。对于预留孔洞，预埋管口及进出口等都要加以临时封堵，同时还必须严格检查充水及排水闸口，不得有渗漏现象发生，在完成上述工作后再计算出设计水头标高，再依据设计水头与管顶内壁和上游检查井井口标高相比的结果来决定试验水头的选取。然后即可设置灌水水量观测标尺，用以观察灌水时水量所达到的渗水量。2、灌水
20、水源从现场施工取水点向试验管段上游水箱内灌水，但由于现场取水点管径小，所以从取水点注水的同时采用洒水罐车向试验管段上游水箱内灌水。当试验水头达到规定水头时开始计时，观测管道的渗水量，直至观测结束时，若发生渗漏严重的情况,应不断地向试验管段内补水，保持试验段水头恒定,以便更好地查找渗漏的地方并做标注。渗水量的观测时间不得小于半小时。3、水位观测1）灌水时的水位可用水位标尺测定。2）灌水至设计水位进行渗水量测定时，应采用水位测针测定水位。水位测针的读数精度应达1/10mm。3）灌水至设计水深后至开始进行渗水量测定的间隔时间，应不少于24h。4）测读水位的初读数与未读数之间的间隔时间为24h。七、施
21、工安全1、做好安全技术交底，严格执行安全技术操作规程，严禁违章指挥违章操作； 2、施工范围内的过路口，以及沟、槽等危险部位，必须设置护栏，加盖等防护措施，并设置警示标志，夜晚要挂红灯； 3、各机电设备应由专人看管，电气必须一机一闸，严格接地、接零和安漏电保护器，水泵和部件检修时必须切断电源，严禁带电作业；八、施工注意事项1、闭水试验是对各管道施工质量总检验的重要环节之一，必须引起足够的重视。渗水量的合格与否与施工过程中每一工序都有一定关系。2、加强试验前对检查每一个检查井及管道连接处的全面检查和整修。3、试验合格后，所堵管道口要在全线完工前打开，避免留下隐患。4、试验过程中，如遇较大面积的渗水
