39、时用电安全技术规程（JGJ46-2005）建设工程施工现场供用电安全规范（GB50194-93）9、我单位现有的施工技术水平、施工管理水平、机械设备配备能力及劳动力人员能力。10、我单位多年类似工程的施工经验。二、工程概况2.1 工程简介西安地铁三号线TJSG-9标主要施工项目为青龙寺站、延兴门站、北池头站青龙寺站区间、青龙寺站延兴门站区间，共计两站两区间工程。青延区间盾构隧道分为两段：青龙寺站地裂缝暗挖段，其中左线长606.886m、右线长632.807m；地裂缝暗挖段延兴门站，其中左线长917.349m、右线长915.660m。盾构机到达地裂缝暗挖段接收后，空推通过地裂缝段，洞内进行二次始
40、发，到达青龙寺站东端头解体吊出。北青区间左线盾构隧道全长1230.055m、右线盾构隧道全长1494.399m，左线从盾构吊出井始发，右线从北池头站东端头始发，掘进至青龙寺站西边北青区间风井解体吊出。北青区间左线北池头站盾构吊出井，采用矿山法施工；右线采用盾构法施工。左线暗挖隧道在里程ZDK24+463.502ZDK24+477.302的A断面与里程ZDK24+477.302ZDK24+505.302的B断面与右线盾构隧道距离较近，A断面与盾构区间隧道的净距1.03m，B断面与盾构区间隧道的净距为2.05m。2.2 工程地质、水文概况2.2.1 地形、地貌本区域地形总体平坦，地面高程在426.
41、84427.02m之间。根据西安城市工程地质图集，区间地貌为黄土洼。2.2.2 场地地层岩性特征根据岩土的时代成因、地层岩性及工程特性，对岩土进行了工程地质分层，各层土的岩性特征及埋藏条件分述如下：1、第四系全新统1-1层杂填土（Q4 ml）：主要由沥青路面、灰渣、石块、灰土、碎石垫层及砖瓦碎块组成，黏性土充填，成分杂乱，结构松散。层厚0.400.50m，层底深度0.400.50m，层底高程426.44426.52m。1-2层素填土（Q4 ml）：以黄褐色为主，主要由粘性土组成，以可塑为主，含少量砖瓦片，土质不均，地表处多为道路路面（沥青）及灰土、碎石垫层。层厚1.001.70m，层底深度1.
42、502.10m，层底高程424.74425.52m。2、第四系上更新统3-1-1层新黄土（水上）(Q3eol) ：褐黄色，大孔、虫孔发育，见少量白色钙质条纹及蜗牛壳碎片。液性指数IL =0.37，可塑状态。层厚5.507.10m，层底深度约8.60m，层底高程418.24418.42m。3-1-2层新黄土（水上）(Q3eol) ：褐黄色，大孔、虫孔发育，见少量白色钙质条纹及蜗牛壳碎片。液性指数IL =0.37，可塑状态。层厚1.601.70m，层底深度10.2010.30m，层底高程416.64416.72m。3-2层古土壤(Q3el)：红褐色，具针状孔隙，含多量白色钙质条纹及结核，团粒结构，
43、局部底部结核富集。液性指数IL =0.48，可塑状态。层厚3.504.00m，层底深度13.8014.2m，层底高程412.64413.22m。3、第四系中更新统4-1-2-1层老黄土（水下）(Q2eol)：褐黄色，具针状孔隙，含少量钙质结核，见蜗牛壳碎片，液性指数IL =0.71，可塑状态。层厚9.9010.20m，层底深度24.0024.10m，层底高程402.74403.02m。4-2层古土壤(Q2el)：红褐色，具针状孔隙，含多量白色钙质条纹及结核，团粒结构，底部含结核含量较高。液性指数IL =0.48，可塑状态。层厚3.904.60m，层底深度28.0028.60m，层底高程398.
44、42398.84m。2.2.3 水文地质特征勘察期间（2010.5.72010.7.4，2010.9.282010.12.8），场地地下水位埋深约12m，地下水位高程介于414.5414.7m之间。属赋存于第四系松散层中的孔隙潜水类型，主要含水层为3-2古土壤、4-1-2-1老黄土（水下）、4-2古土壤。以上含水层组中无明显隔水层，也无明显具承压性的含水层。三、施工准备及组织机构3.1 施工人员准备主要管理人员：项目经理1名，项目总工1名，工区副经理1名，工区土建负责人1名，工区机电负责人1名，技术人员6名，施工队长2名，班长4名，材料员2名，安全员4名，质检人员2名。主要作业人员：盾构机主司
45、机2名，盾构机副司机2名，管片拼装手2名，电瓶车司机4名，电工4名，电气焊工4名，机械维修保养工12名，线路维护工4名，地下隧道配合工20名，龙门吊司机4名，挖掘机司机4名，盾构砂浆搅拌站8名，地面配合工24名。3.2 施工设备准备1、出土用2台45t龙门吊，1台布置在北池头东端，1台布置在吊出井，等待场地具备条件即进场安装。2、出土用45t电瓶车4列、渣车16节、浆车4节、管片车8节，存放于我单位盾构机整修基地，等待进场。3、砂浆拌和站，搅拌罐，存放于我单位盾构机整修基地，等待进场。4、土压平衡盾构机2台，1台CTE6250已进场安装完毕，1台SR001等待进场。3.3 水、电接口盾构施工用
46、水采用北池头车站东端降水井水源。盾构施工用电采用业主提供的10KV高压，由变压器房引至盾构机上接入使用。3.4 施工管理组织机构图3.4-1 施工管理组织机构图四、施工方案4.1 总体施工方案北青区间右线隧道采用盾构机从北池头车站东端始发向东掘进，区间左线隧道从北池头车站到盾构吊出井采用矿山法施工。左线暗挖隧道在里程ZDK24+463.502ZDK24+477.302的A断面与里程ZDK24+477.302ZDK24+505.302的B断面与右线盾构隧道距离较近，A断面与盾构区间隧道的净距1.03m，B断面与盾构区间隧道的净距为2.05m。为保证小净距隧道施工安全采取以下处理措施：1、左线B断
47、面与盾构区间隧道的净距为2.05m，在B断面与右线盾构隧道之间打设旋喷桩加固土体，加固指标qu28不小于0.8MPa，渗透系数不大于110-8cm/s且在旋喷桩加固前先调查有无管线影响，有影响的管线应提前迁改。2、左线A断面与盾构区间隧道的净距为1.03m，因地面管线及道路情况等现场条件限制，无法进行地面旋喷桩加固，所以在A断面与右线盾构隧道之间只能进行暗挖隧道洞内注浆加固。B断面与右线盾构隧道之间旋喷桩加固之后再进行暗挖隧道洞内注浆加固。3、因左线暗挖与右线盾构间距较小，必须合理安排施工顺序，要求在盾构始发前先进行素混凝土桩加固车站端头土体，待基坑主体结构完成后施工左线暗挖隧道，在暗挖隧道的
48、二衬施工完成后，右线盾构才能通过，A断面靠近右线盾构隧道一侧的锁脚锚管不能影响右线盾构施工，特别是A断面直墙上锁脚锚杆斜向下的水平倾角不小于60，其余断面每侧拱脚及A断面其余部位连接处均设两根锁脚锚管，水平夹角为2030，锁脚锚管采用423.5mm小导管，加工参数同超前支护，单根长度3.0m，每处2根，水平倾角2030；注浆压力0.20.5MPa，锚管与钢格栅连接牢固。4、在右线盾构隧道施工前，左线暗挖隧道内采用临时型钢钢架支护加固，保证暗挖隧道的安全。 5、为了减少右线盾构推进时对左线已完成暗挖隧道影响，右线盾构在通过此段暗挖隧道时必须严格控制盾构施工参数，加强注浆，确保暗挖隧道安全。6、盾构通过此段地层时，应加强左线暗挖隧道监测，以及盾构施工监测，做好信息化施工，做好应急预案。4.2 旋喷隔离桩4.2.1 试桩施工参数项次技术参数试桩1试桩2试桩3压缩空气
