27、工艺流程、操作要点和相应的工艺标准,总结施工经验,优化施工组织设计,指导和规范CRTSI型双块式无砟轨道后续施工。通过试验段确定检验施工配合比及摊铺机摊铺速度、振捣频率及捣固深度等工艺参数。1.3 编制范围本方案适用于成渝客运专线DK245+750DK258+875段路基过渡段底座、支承层施工,结合现场施工情况选取DK256+860.8DK257+063.3段路基作为试验段施工,全长202.5m,起点和终点各有31.2m底座,共计底座62.4m,支承层140.1m。2 试验段施工总体方案及技术要求2.1 工期目标及模型、材料配置 本试验段无砟轨道工程计划于2013年6月10日开工,2013年6
28、月30日完工,总工期安排为20天。试验段共202.5m。过渡段底座模板由铁笼钢模厂加工单线定型模板1套,共计31.2m,按每5天施工一个循环进行推进,施工长度62.4 m,长路基支承层配置混凝土摊铺机1台,摊铺长度140.1 m。主要材料:底座C25混凝土152m3,16钢筋12t,支撑层C15水硬性混凝土143m3。2.2 工程概况2.2.1工程简介新建铁路成渝线成都至重庆段CYSG-5标二分部 DK245+750DK258+875段,全线长13.125Km,其中路基5098.283m,占线路总长度的38.8%。2.2.2技术要求全段共10段路基,路基起终点至梁端31.2m(含端梁)范围设置

32、细骨料进场后直接存储在混凝土拌和站骨料仓内,分已检仓和待检仓分别储存,连续进场的同料源、同品种、同规格的细骨料每400m3或600t为一批,不足上述数量也按一批计,每批抽样检验一次,其中有机物含量每3个月检验一次,含泥量和泥块含量不满足要求时应清除出场,不得使用。粗骨料:粗骨料采用510、1020碎石二级配,进场后直接存储在混凝土拌和站骨料仓内,分已检仓和待检仓分别储存,连续进场的同料源、同品种、同规格的细骨料每400m3或600t为一批,不足上述数量也按一批计,每批抽样检验一次,其中有机物含量每3个月检验一次,含泥量和泥块含量不满足要求时采用拌和站内的洗石机进行清洗,重新检测合格后方可使用,
33、如还不合格,应清除出场,不得使用。减水剂:同厂家、同编号、同出厂日期的减水剂每50t为一批,不足50t也按一批计,每批抽样检验一次,减水剂进场须提供出厂合格证及编号。钢材:采用HRB335钢筋,钢筋进场时,必须对其质量指标进行全面检查,按批检查其直径、每延米质量并抽取试件做屈服强度、抗拉强度、伸长率和冷弯试验,检验数量为同牌号、同炉号、同规格的钢筋,每60t为一批。不足60t也按一批计,每批抽检一次。4 施工工艺流程4.1 路基过渡段底座施工工艺流程图路基过渡段底座施工工艺流程图4.2 路基过渡段底座施工工艺流程图路基支承层滑模摊铺机施工工艺流程5 底座施工工艺5.1基床表层顶处理将路基表层松
34、散级配碎石及杂物清扫干净,用水润湿表面并确保无积水。5.2测量放样根据原线路坐标及CP的布置,由测量人员按施工精度要求放出底座、支承层边线,每隔10m打上钢钎,并在钢钎上用红油漆标上顶面高程位置,再由施工员弹出墨线用来指导模板定位。5.3底座钢筋加工、绑扎钢筋在钢筋加工场内集中加工,各型号钢筋下料长度、弯曲半径、弯曲角度应严格按照技术人员的交底进行;加工好的钢筋采用平板拖车运输,吊装过程中将钢筋放置于钢管焊接的吊装平台(6m长、60cm宽)内直接吊装,确保不弯曲。运输至施工现场进行绑扎,底座内设置双层直径为16mm间距为250mm的HRB335钢筋网片。5.4模板安装根据放线位置进行底座模板的
35、安设,保证模板支撑牢固,在浇筑砼时模板不变形,模板顶标高与设计值一致。5.5混凝土拌制、运输砼按配合比由二号拌和站集中拌制,采用砼运输车直接抵达浇筑现场。5.6混凝土浇筑准备工作:混凝土浇筑前应彻底清理模板范围内的杂物,由技术员检查质检员确认模板的位置是否满足设计要求。砼布料:布料采用一端向另一端推进的方式,浇筑时下料口距离纵向模板顶面30cm高度,在浇筑断面范围内要保证能均匀布料。砼振捣:采用插入式振动棒(ZD50型)进行振捣,同一浇筑横断面3台振动棒,实行分区作业,其中底座板两侧各1人,各负责1.0m宽的振捣区域,中间1人负责1.2m宽的振捣区域,插入时快插慢拔,并边提边捣,以免在混凝土中
36、留有空洞,振动移动间距4050,与模板保持510的距离,混凝土浇筑后,应随即进行振捣,振捣时间要合适,以混凝土表面不再下沉、无气泡、表面泛浆为宜,避免漏振、过振;振捣过程中,防止对钢筋和模板的撞击,并指定专人负责检查模板支撑的稳定性和接缝的密合情况,出现情况及时处理,混凝土浇筑过程中,由试验员对每车混凝土进行坍落度、含气量及入模温度的检测,并作好记录。施工过程中,试验员根据规范要求随机抽取标准养护试件和同条件养护试件,并按规定进行养护。砼抹面:混凝土振捣完成后,用2.5m长铝合金尺将混凝土刮平,最后用木抹抹平混凝土裸露面,1h后再用钢抹抹平压实,为防止混凝土表面失水产生细小裂纹,在混凝土初凝前
37、进行第三次抹面压实,抹面时严禁洒水润面,以避免混凝土表面起皮。砼养护:在养护区间内的每孔梁的线路中间摆放1个塑料水桶用于养护水的储存,洒水车每天供给,保证塑料水桶内水量充足,水源采用当地饮用井水。混凝土第三次抹面完成后,采取土工布覆盖人工用水瓢浇水,并在其上覆盖塑料薄膜保水的养护方式(塑料薄膜上对应每块底座板的两端及中间各开一个30cm的圆孔,确保养护水能渗透到土工布上),洒水次数根据天气情况定,确保混凝土表面土工布能保持充分潮湿状态。拆除模板:底座板模板应在混凝土强度达到2.5MPa以上,其表面及棱角不因拆模而受损时,方可拆模。(由试验员根据同条件养护试件抗压强度试验确定具体时间,并通知领工
38、员决定是否可拆模)。拆模顺序:拆除养护覆盖物;采用活动扳手松开纵向与纵向模板、纵向与横向模板之间的连接螺栓;用外力拉开模板,不能用撬棍从顶面撬动模板;自制起吊设置吊拆除纵向模板放置在线路中间;清除模板表面污物,涂新机油保护。成品保护:底座混凝土施工完成后,严禁重物碰撞、重型机械碾压,防止损坏混凝土棱角,并及时回填级配碎石。5.7质量控制与检测模板控制标准模板及支架应有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性,其材质量及结构应符合施工工艺要求;模板及支架安装必须稳固牢靠,接缝严密,不得漏浆;模板与混凝土的接触面必须清理干净并涂刷新机油。浇筑混凝土前,模板内的积水和杂物应清理干净;混凝土入模前应对基床面喷水雾湿润

42、准备工作。通过试验室配制施工配合,根据经验确定摊铺机摊铺速度、振捣频率及捣固深度等工艺参数。机械准备:摊铺采用高马科指挥官三号混凝土摊铺机,其主要性能指标为:主机部分的动力为200马力;履带行走速度为0-11米分钟;摊铺模具配备有捣实板和10支超重负荷型、内置液压驱动马达的振捣棒,每支振捣棒振动频率独立可调,配备摊铺宽度达到3.4米的四履带摊铺机架和液压压力侧模板,以适应路基的水硬性支承层的摊铺,为配合施工另外配备大型自卸车8辆,洒水车1辆,小型挖掘机1台。6.2 基础检测验收支承层施工前对基础进行验收,沿线路方向每隔10 m测量1个断面,每个断面测量线路的左中右3个点,重点测量各断面的高程,
43、测量完成后,行成验收记录,施工、临理方签字确认。验收标准表面平整度不大于15/3m,高程误差10。当路基面高程高于设计标高时,及时进行处理,降低路基面标高,直到验收合格。6.3 设置引导线滑模摊铺机作业时,需要在机器左右两侧各设置一条引导线,支承层的标高以及方向由传感器通过引导线自动控制,引导线的桩间距为10m,曲线地段为5m,将引导线张紧后,再放入挂线杆的沟槽内。引导线的张力要求在1KN左右,为保证引导线的拉力,采用紧线器完成。安装完成后的引导线标高误差在3间,中线位置误差在3内,引导线设定好后,在摊铺作业前应检查引导线是否被干拢,是否有滑落、松动现象,确保引导线的精确度,在摊铺作业过程中,
44、必须保证引导线不受杂物、线结及周围工作人员的干拢。6.4 混合料配置、运输、布料混合料由2中拌站按配合比进行拌制,利用小型自卸汽车运输,每次运输前将自卸车清洗干净,利用小型自卸车向滑模摊铺机直接喂料,也可将小型自卸车内的混合料倾倒在基床表面,利用挖掘机配合布料。运输车进入支承层浇筑现场时,应采取措施清除粘附在轮胎上的泥土等污染物。运输至浇筑地的拌和料卸料时,运输车辆应慢速行车卸料,避免集中卸料而使拌和料堆积离析。运输至浇筑地的拌和料卸料时,自由倾落高度不得大于1m,防止拌和料有害离析。混合料的生产要点:水硬性混和料由拌和站集中生产,搅拌前严格测定骨料的含水率,按测定结果及时调整施工配合比,同时
45、严格原材料的计量精度;在拌制过程中,不得使用表面沾染尘土和局部暴晒的骨料;外形检查:水硬性混合料应均匀、色泽一致,有生料、成团现象的非均匀拌和物严禁用于施工;支承层拌合物宜采用自卸汽车运输,每次使用前应将自卸车清理干净,长距离运输时应采取覆盖措施;水硬性支承层混凝土配合比必须经过批复后方可进行混凝土摊铺施工。6.5施工缝(摊铺板块的起头和收尾)(1)板块的起头:新起头的板块摊铺时,采取安装起头板的开头方法,就是制作一块比混凝土板块截面小约15mm的槽钢,使得摊铺模板能够顺利通过。起头板应有足够的强度来支持混凝土的推力,以及在适合的位置切割好传力杆安装孔。摊铺时,一旦模具内填充足够的砼,即可开启
46、振动棒启动机器向前摊。(2)连接端头板开始摊铺:指的是从已经滑模施工好的板块端头开始摊铺。由于已摊铺好的板块端头即是起头板,而摊铺机的模具又无法后退回到端头板块里去,在这种情况下就需要安装侧向模板来修整起头板部分。6.6 摊铺作业采用基准线法校准滑模摊铺机挤压板高度和侧模前进方向,调整水平传感器立柱高度和滑模摊铺机机架前后左右的水平度,令滑模摊铺机自动行走,再返回校核1遍,正确无误后,方可开始摊铺,摊铺前对基床面进行洒水湿润,但不得积水。首次摊铺前,应对摊铺机位置、几何参数和机架水平度进行调整,然后空机挂线行走510 m,经多次确认无误后方可开始摊铺。摊铺5 m后,检测摊铺出的支承层标高、厚度、中线、横坡度指标,合格后方可继续施工。滑模摊铺机应匀速连续摊铺,不得随意停机或改变摊铺速度。摊铺速度可根据供料情况、混凝土性能和施工地段确定,一般控制在1.51.8 m/min。供料不充分、混凝土坍落度偏小、捣固性能不良和曲线地段可适当降低摊铺速度。综合考虑摊铺进度为1m/min,每天按10h工作时间计算,每天可摊铺600 米(单线)。混凝土每米用量(单线)为1.02m3,则每天需要材料1.02m3/m600m/10h=612 m3/10 h =61.2 m3 / h。
