1、TSM手册介绍该介绍以空客A300排故手册为例。1. 概述飞机排故手册(TSM)是用于飞机系统的故障隔离。它为工作者提供了一种快速 准确判断飞机在空中或地面时出现的故障的系统或部件。在排故手册里没有提供详细的修正工作和修理,对于飞机的标准施工可参考飞 机维护手册20章,对于飞机电气线路和部件的标准施工可参考ESPM20章。飞机排故手册(TSM)是按照ATA 100规范编制的。2. 手册的使用飞机排故手册(TSM)是按照ATA 100规范划分系统,系统是按照功能进行划分。进入的方法如下:-对于22, 27, 31和34章(带有故障隔离图的章节)目录1故障隔离对于其它系统目录1故障现象1故障隔离我

TO OTHER TSM CHAPTERS首先,进入21章空调目录页(参考图2)。在目录页里可以找到标题PackTemperature Control。在目录页的 ATA章节参考(ATA REF)栏里,Pack Temperature Control 对应于21-61,这是一个故障现象页(参考图3)。在这页上,正常的操作被一条水平线指向“NORMAL”。故障现象提示如下:! 6、ture Control-Fault Symptoms.一个FS页包含有水平和垂直线,在FS页的顶部包含了需要考虑的相关系 统设备的注释。(电门/开关位置,选钮电门,指示灯的情况,来自于ECAM 显示组件的数据,等等)。每一行根据技术上的详细情况,通常都带有一 个询问,根据回答的情况“YES”或“ NO”,工作者执行下一步排故程序或 直接进入相应故障隔离的交叉参考图。有时,“YES”或“NO”可以被描述情况的文字替代。例如:/ OUT注:-故障现象(FS)页正常是显示在一页。但有时根据故障隔离顺序的编号, 故障现象页可能被分为两页。-在一页里,各种线指示了根据故障现象需要参考的其他页,对于两个

7、相 近的页,先决条件在每页的上部被重复显示。正常的操作也被框出来。-一些章节的故障现象直接交叉参考到故障隔离页,这些带有星号的页块 关联相应的故障隔离的ATA参考图号。(参考图6, 7)(2) 先决条件在FS页的上部,先决条件指出了排故开始时的飞机构型以及必须要闭合的 跳开关。例如:EXTERNAL ELECTRICAL POWER (AMM 24-41-00, P.
