1、林长高速公路No.3合同段填石路基试验段施工方案林长高速公路No.3合同段2011年04月01日一、工程概况1.1 工程简介 本标段内共有路基工程7.62公里。填石段路基第一段里程为K20+058K20+434；第二段里程K20+867K20+940。填石段大概需要填石15.5万方。二、施工组织设计2.1 施工组织设计为保证本试验段内路基工期如期如约完成，同时保证工程的安全和质量，本试验段特成立以项目经理为中心的“林长高速第三标段路基施工领导小组”，技术、施工、材料、物资、质检全面配合，统一协调，保证工程的进度和质量，领导小组对内指挥生产，对外负责履行合同。 小组成员及分工如下:组长夏群堂负责
2、人员、机械的统一安排副组长马军辉提出技术方案张生运负责现场的施工组织安排以及机械调配巍巍负责现场技术方案实施，工程的质量组员高凯保证现场的材料、物资供应张俊德负责现场施工安全刘伟荣负责统一协调各项技术工作张耀 路基技术负责人张生运负责路基的现场施工陈涛负责施工现场的质检张建华负责施工现场的试验检测2.2 试验区域的确定2.2.1 试验区域 本试验段计划设在K20+000K20+100处，长度100米。三、机械进场情况 为满足路基施工的要求本试验段已进场设备和人员如表：为满足路基填石路基施工的要求，本试验段已进场设备和人员已进场。四、路基施工工期安排本试验段路基计划在2010年04月03日开工，
3、计划在2011年04月10日完成。五、施工技术方案5.1试验段目的通过对试验段不同厚度的石方的填筑碾压，确定最适宜的碾压速度、最经济的压实遍数、最合适的填筑厚度和每层填料的松铺厚度等碾压参数，制定出填石路提的质量控制标准。并将试验结果报告监理工程师批准后作为施工控制的依据。5.2 施工测量与放样 在路基工程开工前，对现场放出路基中线、边缘、坡脚等的具体位置，标明其轮廓，报请监理工程师检查批准。对路基中桩和路基边桩的测设，按设计图纸测设断面桩.5.3 路基石方施工方案填筑采用分层填筑，推土机和平地机整平摊铺，洒水车洒水，压路机碾压密实,按照“三阶段、四区段、八流程”法施工。三阶段：准备阶段施工阶
4、段竣工阶段；四区段：填铺区、整平区、碾压区和检测区；八流程：施工准备施工放线基底处理填土整平碾压检测边坡整型。1、试验段填筑试验段采用水平分层填筑法施工。填料在路基横断面全宽范围内纵向分层填筑。为保证路基边缘有足够的压实度，摊铺宽度每侧各加宽50cm。装料时尽量使填料混合均匀，避免大粒径过分集中，不同粒径填筑时，粒径最大不超过层厚的10cm，超粒径的石块必须人工破碎使之满足规范的要求。水平分层填筑时先低后高，先两侧后中间卸料。试验段填石路基的填筑首先按松铺厚度25cm填筑；再按照松铺厚度22cm填筑。若在某一松铺厚度下，经监理检测分析已不能满足施工要求，则不再进行以后层厚的相关试验，以前一层次
5、松铺厚度为厚度控制标准。3、路基碾压填25cm时，画57m的格子，然后用自重20t激振力360KN的压路机碾压。碾压速度为2.0KM/h，频率30Hz左右，碾压遍数计划不少于7遍，其中第一遍和最后一遍为静碾压，其余均为振动碾压。在碾压过程中，每振动碾压一遍进行一次沉降观测，直至各预埋检测点前后两次高程差1mm时停止碾压。碾压顺序先自两侧开始向中间推进，后由中间向两侧碾压，每次要求重复1/3轮宽进行碾压。静压开始后，如有凸凹不平现象，必须人工配合进行找平，保证均匀压实。20cm时，画47m的格子，然后用自重20t激振力360KN的压路机碾压。碾压速度为2.0KM/h，频率30Hz左右，碾压遍数计
6、划不少于7遍，碾压的工序方案同填松铺厚度25cm的方法。碾压过程要与补填中小石料、撒布细料同步进行，其施工顺序和压实遍数控制如下：初压：在摊铺完成，铺撒细料，层面大致平整后，进行。初压，不需震动压实。振压：初压完成，第二遍至第三遍进行振动压实，填石混合料中的中小石料被挤入大料孔隙，表面细料也基本振入小料夹缝。补料：在振压挤密后，下沉较大处，还需中、小料填补，再撒细料。再振压：局部补料填充完成后，普遍碾压一遍，以后继续振压24遍，随压随撒料，直到平整。终压：最后普遍进行一次静碾压。4、填石路堤的质量控制1）填石路堤的压实质量宜采用施工参数（压实功率、碾压速度、压实遍数、铺筑层厚等）与压实质量检测
7、联合控制。2）填石路堤压实质量可以采用压实沉降差法进行检测。 5、检验检测1) 在每一分层压实后的填石路堤表面，沿路线长度方向步点，距离每30M左右，横向间距视现场情况而定，埋设直径为100mm的钢球作沉降观测点，用水准仪测量高程。用净载20t的振动压路机作碾压检测（碾压速度为2.0KM/h，频率30Hz左右，碾压遍数2遍），其碾压前后应无明显轮迹或沉降差等于零时，测量各水准点在碾压前后的高差，就是测点的压实沉降差。2）分层记录整理测量数据和试验数据报现场监理工程师审核。按照上述每层检验检测方法施工，碾压后的填石层无明显的空洞空隙，无填石松动形象，表面平整，石块紧密。经现场监理工程师检测签认后
8、，然后进行上一层路基的填筑施工。 6、试验段压实度及其它项目允许偏差项次检查项目沉降差允许偏差1压实度零填及路堑上路床（cm）0301mm路堤（cm）上路床0301mm下路床3080上路堤801503mm下路堤150以下3mm2纵断高程（mm）+10，-203中线偏位（mm）504宽 度（mm）不小于设计值5平 整 度（mm）206横 坡（%）0.37边 坡不陡于设计值通过上述各项对比试验与测定，对所获得的各种数据如松铺厚度、压实厚度、碾压遍数等认真整理并填写试验段路基填筑记录表，以便路堤正式填筑施工时使用。六、质量保证措施1、严格执行“三检”制度，每一层填石的开工必须得到监理的认可，方可填筑
9、，填筑完成后由工地技术员、试验员自检合格后报内部质检工程师检查合格后再报监理工程师，抽检合格后方可进行下一层填筑，且每层资料齐全，并经监理工程师签认。2、每层的铺设宽度每侧应宽出50cm，以保证路基范围内的压实度。3、边坡码砌与填筑层同时进行，以保证靠近边坡填料碾压密实。码砌时路基每侧须进行加宽，码砌后坡面大致平整或做成有规则的台阶。4、认真做好测量放线和复核工作，认真做好工程计算、测量、放线等书面工作，保证测量的结果符合设计或规范的要求。5、施工中要自觉履行合同约定条款和接受甲方领导，虚心接受监理指导，实行工程质量一票否决制，坚决做到有令必行、有禁必止。对违章施工、野蛮施工一经发现，将按照工
10、程质量奖罚措施处罚。6、试验人员必须严格执行试验操作规程，质量检查工程师应经常监督并抽查。试验过程中必须认真做好原始记录，原始记录要完整无缺，不得涂改。由试验人员填写试验报告，要求报告填写完整，下注正确的检验结论，最后由试验人、复核人签名。七、安全、文明施工1、加强施工人员文明施工和安全意识，组织学习安全生产管理条例和文明施工有关知识，进行上岗教育，讲职业道德，树行业新风。2、对施工便道要经常洒水，防止尘土飞扬。3、道路标志牌醒目、齐全。施工人员和技术人员必须持证上岗，必须佩带胸卡。4、各种机械设备操作人员工作前，就对所使用的机械设备进行安全检查，严禁设备带病使用。5、加强司机的安全教育，严禁
11、酒后驾车，疲劳驾驶，严禁翻斗车载人，做好机动车的保养维修。6、贯彻经济效应与环境效益统一的方针，尽可能地改善和提高公路建设环境，力争使工程建设对沿线自然和社会环境所带来的不利影响降到最低限度，做到公路建设与环境保护的协调发展，以保障公路建设的可持续发展。English is the most widely spoken language in the history of our planet, used in some way by at least one out of every seven human beings around the globe.
