26、。4、国家现行的建筑工程法律、法规、施工规范、项目管理规范和强制性标准条文等。5、省、市、*公司颁布的有关法规、条例、标准、办法等。6、本工程“中标通知书”以及本公司与业主签定的施工合同。7、现场实际勘察情况。8、本公司的技术标准、工作标准、管理标准、ISO9002质量保证体系标准文件、质量手册等技术指导性文件以及同类工程的施工经验、本公司的技术力量。第一章 工程概况拟建“发动机技术改造项目(联合厂房)”,位于*市,*汽车有限公司发动机厂内。施工图由*设计研究院有限公司设计,门式刚架轻型钢结构体系单层联合厂房。联合厂房主要由:曲轴、凸轮轴加工区;缸体加工区;缸盖加工区;3/4装配线区;1/4装
27、配线区;外协件库;成品发送站;喷漆区;试验站;返修区;三座标检测间;集中冷却液站;调漆间;循环水处理站等组成。厂房内还设计有为生产服务的办公室(其中位于曲轴、凸轮轴加工区左端的办公室为二层,层高均为3.9M)、工具库、卫生间等功能性辅助用房。平面沿东西方向呈“L”形布局,厂房结构沿东西方向“L”形长度方向分二个区:A-B-C-D轴为一个区,跨度为34M+30M+18M,刚架高度为:A轴9.3M;B轴11M;C轴9.5M;D轴8.6M。D-E-F轴交1223轴为另一个区,跨度为:30M+30M,刚架高度为:D轴8.6M;E轴10.1M; F轴8.6M,女儿墙顶标高11.4M。柱距有6M、7.2M
28、和7.5M三种(其中3/4装配线为满足工艺平面布置需要,于B轴、C轴交19-21-23轴之间,以钢托梁承托20、22轴刚架梁,使柱距达到15M;1/4装配线于E轴交13-15轴之间,以钢托梁承托14轴刚架梁,使柱距达14.4M)。厂房总长156.8M,总宽142.8M,总建筑面积18185.06M2。设计耐火等级二级,结构安全等级二级,屋面防水等级二级,抗震设防烈度6度,建筑使用年限为50年。一、基础工程本工程基础除循环水处理站地下水池四角为高脚杯基础外,其余均为柱下大放脚独立钢筋砼基础。以天然地基作持力层,设计要求:当持力层超深小于3.5M时以C20毛石砼填筑至设计基底标高。靠外墙四周墙下及
29、机油库、调漆间(含相邻房间)等砌体材料为隔墙的墙下,设计有钢筋砼地梁。基础砼强度等级C20,钢筋I级,II级。基础及地梁顶面标高-0.55M。基础预埋地脚螺栓为Q235钢制作的M24、M30及Q345钢制作的M36、M42、M48共五种,柱安装完毕后柱底与基础顶面之间缝隙灌注C40无收缩砼,再用C15砼包柱脚。由于拟建联合厂房座落于原有老厂房上,部分基础将与老基础重叠或相碰,设计要求重叠或相碰的老基础应全部凿除。二、主体工程1、柱:A、D、F轴为主刚架承重柱,A轴柱为H(650950)*320*6*16,柱高9.8M;D轴柱为H550*300*5*14,柱高9.1M;F轴柱为H(600900)
30、*300*6*16,柱高9.1M。其余中间柱及山墙抗风柱以H300*300*5*12和H300*250*5*10为主。2、梁:刚架梁最大变截面H(14001000)*300*8*16,最小等截面H500*200*5*8;托梁最大截面H1400*350*10*16,跨度15M,最小截面:H950*350*8*16,跨度15M。3、13轴办公楼二层楼面、12轴交1/E4/E轴辅助间顶盖、23轴交1/D4/D轴辅助间顶盖,以及B轴交718轴、19轴交5/A1/B轴、23轴交5/A1/B轴设备平台,均为H型钢框架梁,C25钢筋砼现浇板。4、门式刚架柱与梁、梁与梁之间以及其它主钢构之间,通过10.9级(
31、其中GJ4.5.6采用8.8级)摩擦型高强度螺栓连接,柱梁主钢构材质选用Q345级钢,E50系列焊条。5、厂房支撑体系:水平支撑:厂房两端节间6M,距H型梁上翼缘60MM设计有133*3.5焊接钢管系杆,23、78、1213、1718、2122轴间为十字交叉20圆钢水平支撑,沿A、B、C、D、E、F轴柱顶,设计有133*3.5焊接钢管系杆。垂直支撑:A、B、C、D/23、78、1213、1718轴间;E、F/1213、1718、2122轴间;A、D/2122轴间;以及两端山墙于3/A4/A、3/B4/B、3/D4/D、3/E4/E轴间均设计有20圆钢(中间加花蓝螺栓)十字交叉柱间支撑;并于B、
32、C/319,E/1523轴间在4.3M标高处柱间增加一道133*3.5焊接钢管水平系杆。6、围护结构:墙檩体系:1、23、12/DF轴间采用C180*70*2,其余外墙为C200*70*2冷弯薄壁型钢。女儿墙部分为二道对应墙檩规格分别为180*60*2.5和200*70*2.5薄壁方钢,卸货雨蓬部分加强檩为QI18工字钢,门窗框立柱对应墙檩规格为Q18及Q20槽钢。外墙:标高0.3M以下部分为370厚MU10红机砖,M7.5水泥砂浆实心砌体;0.3M以上为双层彩色镀铝锌、镀锌钢板。外板为0.53厚乳白色镀铝锌压型钢板,内板为0.47厚象牙色镀锌钢板,内外板中间夹75厚离心超细玻璃棉卷毡保温层(
33、保温层朝室内一侧采用铝铂隔汽层)。23轴交D4/E轴外墙于6M标高处设计有6M宽54M长的卸货雨蓬;1轴交4/B2/C轴外墙于6M标高处为6M宽18M长的卸货雨蓬;1轴交 4/A5/A轴于3M标高处为3.8M宽12长的职工入口雨蓬;卸货雨蓬顶、底均为彩板装饰面,职工入口雨蓬为全玻装饰面。外立面于女儿墙部位1.2M高范围整圈为海兰色彩板装饰带;靠厂区主干道一面外墙,于出入口大门,设计有钢框架,外包海兰色铝塑板装饰构架,整个联合厂房从外立面装饰效果上充分体现了现代化工业厂房宏伟、气派的新时代特色。内隔墙:三座标检测间、3/4装配线、男、女卫生间为75厚象牙色矿棉夹心彩板;3轴办公辅助间隔墙为100
34、厚夹心板;机油库、循环水处理站、调漆间及调漆间相邻办公室所有内墙为240厚MU10红机砖,M7.5水泥砂浆砌筑;除以上部位的其余内隔墙均为50厚象牙色矿棉夹心彩板。屋面系统:A、屋面檩条为C250*75*2(其中423轴为C250*75*2.5)冷弯薄壁型钢,檩距1.5M。屋顶风机两侧及管道出屋顶留洞两侧檩条为Q23525槽钢,檩间拉条为12圆钢螺杆,檩间撑杆为40*2钢管内加12螺杆拉紧。B、屋面板为双层彩色压型钢板(外板为0.53厚镀铝锌,内板为0.47厚镀锌),中间夹100厚超细玻璃丝棉卷毡保温层(保温层靠室内一侧设铝铂隔汽层),3/4总装配线屋面为单层压型板加挂保温棉。屋面板为带固定座
35、隐藏式安装结构。C、屋面共有46台屋顶风机和6处900、1350管道出屋面留孔;加工区共有20条0.76M*67.6M,外协件、1/4装配区共有14条0.76M*55.6M的乳白色双层波形高效益强化聚酯采光带。D、屋面坡度为1/20,沿A、D、F轴设三条500*250不锈钢板内天沟排水,雨水汇至内天沟,由雨水管导入车间内地下排水系统。三、装饰工程1、地面垫层:机加车间除办公辅助间、通道外均做200厚C20砼,辅助间、通道、成品发送站、外协件库均为150厚C20砼;3/4装配线为150厚C25砼;试验站区、集中冷却液站、喷漆工部均做250厚C20砼,地面砼中配4150双向防裂钢筋网,纵向缩缝为企
36、口缝。2、地面面层:1/4、3/4装配线、三座标检测间、喷漆区、外协件库、成品发送站为彩色水泥硬化剂耐磨地面+ASHFORD.FORMULA配方砼密封固化剂表面处理;机加车间地面为金属耐磨地坪(2.5MM厚干撒型金属地坪材料,由精选铁砂、特种水泥和聚合物添加剂混合而成);调漆间、机油库为不发火地面;集中冷却液站、循环水处理站为耐酸地砖地面;卫生间为300*300防滑陶瓷地砖;办公室及除特殊要求以外的其余辅助用房(含楼梯间),均为500*500防滑陶瓷地板砖。3、砌体墙面:外墙一圈勒脚内外均贴灰色面砖;机油库、调漆间及调漆间相邻的办公室,为水泥砂浆抹灰,刷乳胶漆面层;循环水处理站,混合砂浆抹灰、
37、刷氯磺化聚乙稀防腐涂料(包括集中冷却液站钢柱)。4、吊顶工程:A、三座标检测间、3/4装配线、二层办公区为铝合金龙骨,600*600*12矿棉装饰板吊顶(三座标检测间顶高6.1M,3/4装配线顶高5.0M,办公区二层净高3.9M);B、机加车间暖通、电气平台底部为铝合金龙骨,铝合金条形板吊顶(顶高3.8M);C、卫生间为轻钢龙骨穿孔铝合金板吊顶。D、砼顶棚装饰同相应房间墙面。5、门窗工程:A、车间主要出入口大门均为电动提升门;3/4装配线与机加车间和喷漆工部之间的大门为感应快卷门;三座标检测间入口门为电动卷帘门;外协件库为铝合金卷帘门;机油库、调漆间为甲级防火门;其余门均为平开彩板门。B、窗:
38、除123轴立面C-1为86系列彩钢竖向造型及C-3带形高窗为固定窗外,其余外墙窗均为80系列彩钢推拉窗;内墙部分三座标检测间为双窗固定80系列彩钢窗,其余均为80系列彩钢单层推拉窗。所有外窗玻璃均为镀膜玻璃。中空推拉窗内层及室内窗玻璃均为普通玻璃。6、所有钢结构件的防腐涂料均采用铁红环氧改性M树脂底漆及醇酸改性氯化橡胶磁漆面漆,涂装为两底两面。其中调漆间、机油库钢柱、钢梁表面刷薄型防火涂料;循环水处理站、集中冷却液站钢柱、钢梁刷防腐涂料,材质同内墙。四、安装工程:(一)电气分部工程:电气分部工程分为电气动力、照明、防雷接地及弱电四个子分部工程。电气动力主要有1600KVA、1000KVA干式变
39、压器各两台,高低压配电柜40台,动力照明配电箱安装、插接母线安装,电缆桥架安装、空调、风机配管、配线及车间其他用电设备的配管穿线。其中工程量较大的是插接母线,从400A至2000A共900多米,而且母线容量较大。电气照明主要有照明配电箱34台,配管、配线,各种灯具安装1400余套,其中主要工程量是安装于刚架梁下的400多套400W的金属卤化物配照灯。防雷接地采用TN-C-S系统,利用基础钢筋作接地装置、基础梁内水平钢筋作接地线、接地电阻不大于1。防雷利用钢柱作引下线,油漆涂装车间属二类防雷,在屋面设避雷带,其余车间属三类防雷利用金属屋面作为接闪器。弱电主要是通信及网络管线的施工,主要内容:网络
40、机箱安装4台,不间断电源安装4台,150*100PVC线槽,6芯单模光缆电话配线架、电话分线盒、电话管线等。(二)通风与空调工程本工程共有送、排风系统,空调系统、空调水系统三个子分部工程。空调系统共分为16个独立的子系统:K-1.2为组合式空调器,为3/4装配车间提供冷暖空调;K-3为立柜式空调器,为三座标间所用;K4K16为冷暖分体壁挂式空调,室外机设在侧墙上,为辅助办公间所用。风管最大管径1600*800,采用镀锌铁皮制作。送风分为8个系统,S1S3为曲轴、凸轮轴加工区送风,S4为1/4装配线送风,S5S8为发动机试验站通风。由装于屋顶的风机或侧墙的轴流风机为整个车间排风,风机共计50台。
41、风管最大管径2000*800;空调水系统供回水由23/F轴引入车间,沿23轴敷设至各组合空调器,最大管径为426。(三)给排水工程: 本工程给排水含室内给排水系统、室内排水系统、循环水系统、动力系统、卫生器具安装等子分部工程:排水系统中有雨水、生活污水、生产污水、含油、乳化液废水排水等。给水系统中生产、消防合用给水管。循环水系统中有淬火循环给水、回水、实验循环水给水、回水。动力系统中有压缩空气管道,柴油管,机油管道,防锈防冻液管。所用管材有焊接钢管、无缝钢管、焊接镀锌管、镀锌无缝钢管、钢塑复合管、铝合金管、UPVC塑料管等。管径从DN15至DN400。管道连接方式有焊接、丝扣连接、沟槽式卡箍连
42、接、粘接、承插连接石棉水泥打口。所有有压管道安装完毕均作水压试验,试验压力为1.0MPa,柴油、机油管做密封性试验,试验压力为0.5MPa。本工程的特点可以概括为多、大、繁、杂,也就是管道功能多,管径大,数量大,连接方式繁、管材材质、规格杂。五、室外工程本次投标室外工程仅包括平行于F轴,并距F轴5M处有一条95M长1.1M高的M5浆砌毛石挡墙,表面勾水泥砂浆凸缝,挡墙根部有一排水暗沟。六、地质情况 根据本工程地质勘察报告显示:本工程场地土为广泛地分布着厚度不大,结构松散的人工填土和可塑的粉质粘土、卵石。场区稳定的地下水位在-4.5M左右。七、现场施工环境经现场查看,拟建联合厂房区域内地上建筑物
43、、构筑物已全部拆除。除1/4装配区、外协件库范围内地上有部分建筑垃圾未清除外,场地平整工作已经完成。业主要求拟建联合厂房东边、南边、北边及西边靠“6105缸体车间”之间的道路不能占用,主要施工仓库及加工场所安排在旧干煤棚内。施工水、电源可从附近引至施工现场,场地排水利用原有排水系统,拟建联合厂房远离居民区,对现场封闭施工管理比较有利。八、施工重点、难点:1、测量放线:本工程轴线长度达142.4M和156.4M,中间轴线又多,而且厂房最多为5个联跨,对轴线控制提出了更高的要求,给轴线测设带来一定的难度。2、基础预埋螺栓:由于本工程为五联跨门式刚架,主刚架柱螺栓群最多的为6M48,B轴有设备平台的
44、部位最多的为10M30,螺栓群定位难度较大。而地脚螺栓定位精度直接影响钢结构厂房整体安装精度。3、屋面节点防水:本工程屋顶风机及管道出屋面留洞最大尺寸为1350,数量多达52处。且又有760宽,长度分别有55.6M和67.6M的采光带共34条,加之屋面坡度仅1/20,对节点防水要求更高。 4、门式刚架吊装:由于本工程为5联跨门式刚架,最大跨度达34m,结构吊装变形控制和精度控制非常关键。第二章 施工部署和施工协调一、目标管理1、质量目标:严格按照设计图纸及相关文件和现行相关施工规范、验评标准、强制性标准条文组织施工。建立和完善质量保证体系,落实质量管理责任制度,确保工程质量达到优质,力争楚天杯
45、。2、工期目标:精心编制施工网络计划,并加以优化,用来控制施工进度。多投入施工设备、提高机械化施工程度,根据本工程特点,在招标书规定工期180天基础上,为了使项目早日产生效益,我公司决定本工程计划工期为144天。3、安全目标:加强安全生产教育,加大安全设施投入,防止大小事故发生,杜绝伤亡事故和重大安全事故的发生,轻伤频率控制在1以内。4、文明施工目标:严格按照JGJ59-99标准要求进行施工现场管理。规范搭建场地内用水、用电、施工设备及临时用房,自觉遵守厂区管理规定;统一设置形象标识,制度上墙,挂牌上岗,统一着装,确保市级安全文明施工现场,力争省级安全文明施工现场。二、施工指导思想: 根据本工
46、程特点及本工程的重要性,我公司组织施工的指导思想是科学管理,严格要求,文明施工和采用先进的施工方法,调集技术熟练,作风过硬、善于攻坚的一流队伍,以项目法施工管理为基础,认真贯彻执行公司的质量方针,围绕质量、工期、成本、安全、文明施工五大目标狠下功夫。力争优质、高效地完成施工任务。三、组织管理机构设置 本项目工程量大、工期紧,技术方面要求高,给组织协调工作提出了更高的标准。基于本公司原有职能型组织的特点,为了保证项目的顺利实施,本公司决定从各部门抽调精干的职员,特别是有过同类工程施工经验的职员,采用强距阵组织结构形式组建项目团队(如下图)。项目经理直接由总经理授权,项目经理通过横向的职能机构协调
