6、hefireexpanding.NO1(右救生艇)解掉保险钢丝,处于随时可放状态.NO1(rightlifeboat)insurancewireoff,atanytime-1aunchedsituation解掉保险钢丝：BOSUNrelievetheinsurancesteel:BOSUN试验艇机：4/ETestthelifeboatengine:4/E发现者报警后，如火势较小，就近拿轻水泡沫灭火器灭火。afteralarm,ifthefireissmall,putoutthefirewith1ightwaterfoamextinguishernearby.要了解油火的特性，如舱口起火，可关闭
7、舱j,让舱内缺氧窒息。货油舱满油时不会爆炸，空舱时则可能爆炸。understandtheoilfirecharacteristics,ifthehatchcatchfire,closethehatchcover,makethecabinstifle.Cargooiltankwithoilwillnotexplode,emptytanksarelikelytoexplode.油舱起火可用消防水雾灭火，禁用消防水柱灭火，水进油舱后，会使油溢出来而使火情扩大。sprayfirehosescanbeusedinOi1tankfirebutnotfirefightingwater,waterintoth
8、eoiltank,oilspillwillmakethefireexpanding.驾驶台调整航向，使着火部位处于下风。Bridgealtercourse,makethefirepositionataleeward.火情大时，或用手提灭火器无法扑灭时启动甲板低倍泡沫系统。IfitisalargeFireoraportablefireextinguishercan,tputoutthefire,startdeckslowexpansionfoamsystems.管理操纵固定式膨胀泡沫灭火装置：3/04/EManagementfixedexpansionfoamfireextinguishingd
9、evice:3/04/E控制泡沫炮：3/04/EControloffoamCannon:3/04/E火被扑灭后，向驾驶台报告，清点人数。Thefirewasputout,reporttothebridge,rollcallthenumberof.火被扑灭后,如有油溢出，则按SOPEP计划执行.afterfirewasputout,ifoilspills,accordingtoSOPEPplanexecute.如火无法扑灭,船长根据情况发布弃船命令Unabletoextinguishfire,thecaptainissuedtheordertoabandonshipaccordingtothesituation.讲评，讲解灭火方案和提出好的意见。Evaluationonfireplan,andcomeupwithagoodidea.
