6、人员迅速奔赴现场Countingending,theonscenecommanderleadthestaffrushedtothesceneassoonaspossible模拟卸货期间发生管系泄漏，甲板值班(2/E、MM)关闭应急停泵，同时向CCR汇报。PipeleakoccurduringtheSimulationofdischargepipeleak,deckwatch(2E,MM)closetheemergencystopofthepump,andreportedtoCCR.二副通知岸方，大副向船长汇报泄漏原因和采取措施。2/0informtheshore,chiefofficerrep
7、orttocaptaintheleakagereasonsandmeasures.C/C报告厨房火己关，FILTER报告有关通道已关闭，BoSUN检查甲板落水孔都关闭，C/E报告有关阀门已关闭。TheC/Creportkitchenfirehadclosed,FILTERreporttherelevantpassageisclosed,BOSUNcheckthedeckwaterholesareclosed,C/Ereportsrelatedvalveisclosed.C/MM报告空气薄膜泵已启动，并向RESlDUAL舱泵油，其他人员在甲板清除回收溢油。TheC/MMreportfilmofa
8、irpumpisstarted,andtankpumpoiltotheRESIDUAL,otherpersonnelinthedeckclearandrecoverspilledoil.有油溢出在海面上，船长通知三副放艇下海清油。同时向港口当局，当地代理，公司SMS指定人汇报。Oilspillonthesea,Captaininform3/0launchingboattoclearspilledOiLmeanwhilereport.totheportauthorities,thelocalagent,thecompanyDP水头报告甲板溢游已清除，三副报告海上溢游已清除并将艇回收固妥。Bosu
