28、质检人员进行全过程控制;工程质量符合国家、四川省现行的质量验收标准和工程建设标准强制性条文。2.7坚持文明施工,注重环境和水土保持,争创“安全生产、文明施工标准化施工工地”。3.工程概况中铁二十二局集团成都经济区环线高速公路简阳至蒲江段JPTJ-9标位于四川省眉山市仁寿县、彭山县及东坡区境内,起讫里程为K261+201K274+100,线路长度为12.899km。主要工程内容有路基挖方142.79万方,填方295.86万方,借方190.03万方,弃方36.96万方,桥梁1147m/9座,分离式立交5座,分离式立交兼渡槽2座,人行天桥兼渡槽1座,钢筋混凝土涵洞及通道36座,互通式立交1座,服务区
29、1处。混凝土总量为191014.59m3 ,钢筋总量为11369.69T。我部试验段选在东坡土地互通DK0+100DK0+280段,长100米,避开了过渡段,属于路基填筑段,路堤最大填高14.45米,坡率分别为1:1.5、1:1.75。该段路基具有基底处理典型代表性,基底处理为片石盲沟+防渗土工布。边坡防护处理采用 菱形网格护坡,有M7.5浆砌片石,M10浆砌C20砼块内植草+栽种灌木防护。 4.施工准备工作4.1填筑路基试验段施工前,由主管工程师兰钊华召集技术人员、施工人员、机械操作人员等进行详细的技术交底,确保路基试验段每个施工人员都知道每道工序的操作。4.2路基试验段人员安排及分工施工现
30、场负责人:王 磊技术质量负责人:兰钊华质量检测工程师:赵鹏飞现场技术员:彭 伟安全负责人:李 阳试验负责人:葛红淼测量负责人:潘阳明4.3报检程序检查项目按JTG F80/01-2004要求执行,现场技术员彭伟向技术质量部报检,质检员李阳自检查合格后报检监理单位,监理工程师抽检一个断面,检查合格后方可进入下道工序。4.4施工机械组合及有关规定4.4.1各类机械不得偏载、超载。4.4.2各类机械停机地面必须整理或铺垫于水平状态。4.4.3用挖掘机或装载机挖、装时,回转半径内不得有人,向车辆装载时,应降低铲斗,严禁从驾驶室顶上越过。受场地限制时,宜用机退车进,车走机进的方式装运。4.4.4司机应常

34、1.2测量控制依据采用K273+700附近的JM-2点。6.2 测量程序从2014年12月10日开始,2015年1月6日结束,每层测量程序为:测底面高程开挖盲沟测沟底高程片石回填铺设防渗土工布-路堤填筑高程。(碾压到试验检测要求)6.3测量成果6.3.1 测量记录见水准仪测量记录表(见附表样本) 7.路基试验段施工目的7.1 为了模拟本管段路基施工动态,了解施工程序,熟悉施工工艺,掌握施工方法及施工中的重点、难点。7.2 培训和检验挖掘机、推土机、压路机等机具操作人员的施工经验和工作能力。7.3 检验我项目部技术人员、管理人员和机械设备等能否满足施工要求及人员的协调能力。7.4 了解机械的性能

36、8.3.1 盲沟排水是通过采取有效措施,使含水量较高的路基保持在允许含水范围内,保证路基安全和路基处于稳定状态,满足使用要求。施工前应据设计图纸,认真施工,并认真做好路基临时排水。8.3.2 施工放样:必须在路基挖除软土后,换填至盲沟设计标高。8.3.3 开始准确放样,精确测定盲沟起止点,沟底纵坡,两端衔接是否顺直,和其他支盲沟是否能够很好的连接。8.4 材料要求8.4.1 片石:采用爆破法或楔劈法开采的片石,厚度不小于15cm,其宽度与长度不小于厚度的1.5倍,无锋棱凸角,顶面及底面大致平行;尺寸较大,并稍加修整,其强度不小于30Mpa。 8.4.2石料应强韧、密实、坚固耐久,质地适当细致,
37、色泽均匀,无风化剥落和裂纹及结构缺陷。石料的运输、储运和处理,应不使有过量的损坏和废料。8.5 施工方法8.5.1盲沟设计为梯形,在盲沟的底部用片石填筑,粒径150mm-400mm。片石表面应清洁,片石摆放铺设采用人工铺设。片石铺设应整齐规范,孔隙应清晰以便保证流水通畅。8.5.2盲沟的设置深度,应满足渗水材料的顶部不得低于原有地下水位的要求。当排除层间水时,盲沟底部应埋设与最下面的不透水层上。8.5.3当采用土工织物作反滤层时,应先在底部及两侧沟壁铺好就位,并预留顶部覆盖所需的土工织物,拉直平顺紧贴下垫层,所有纵向或横向的搭接缝应交替错开。搭接长度均不得小于300mm。8.5.4盲沟只宜用于
38、渗流不长的地段,且纵坡不小于1%。8.5.5 土工布铺设:本工程土工布铺设要求在片石填筑完毕,土方填筑之前铺设,铺设宽度符合要求、搭接正确。土工布在铺设之前要求先检查片石表面平整度、高度、有无带尖棱硬物,表面要求人工整平、把不平处凹凸处用小碎石填平。铺设时要求施工技术人员所放边桩进行控制铺设位置。技术人员所放边桩距土工布边30cm,每20米个边桩,铺设时先把土工布打开,土工布拉开后用4人拉直,按边桩用钢尺把两边尺寸先放对,然后按控制桩把中间土工布调直,调直完毕后用土把土工布四周盖一下,以免被风吹起。铺设完毕后应经监理工程师合格后方可进行路基填筑施工。8.6质量保证措施8.6.1 基础开挖后,工
39、程施工人员应时刻把好质量关,每道工序经质检、试验、测量等检测人员到场,检查他们责任范围内的工序质量合格,并经监理工程师签证认可后,方可进行下一道工序。8.6.2 该工程所用的碎石材料等都应取得检验合格证方准运进场。否则,拒绝签收签证、验收,更不能使用。8.6.3 若遇雨季施工时,应加强排水措施的处理,以防雨水冲刷基础,影响工程质量。9.路堤填筑试验施工工艺及控制要点 9.1第一层填筑地基承载力达到要求后,开始进行路基本体第一层填筑。所用的填料为B组填料,来自K273+780-K273+953挖方段。9.1.1 由路基队测量人员负责测量工作,采用在两端立杆引桩保护的措施,随时控制并恢复试验段中线
40、,确保中线准确。由技术员按5m的间距在已整平压实的基底上用石灰撒线布置方格网。同时测量各网格交叉点的高程,记录为第一层的底面高程。9.1.2第一层摊铺整平:预计松铺厚度40cm,自卸车装运料10.0m3, 为便于控制松铺厚度,经过计算每格方格网面积为25 m2,设置每方5m5m,每个方格填料1车(由卸时装载机控制)。车运料,现场设一名专人负责指挥依次倒料,上料结束后,用推土机摊铺,人工配合找平。填料时用竹签做标记,用插入法和边桩控制松铺厚度并做成2的横坡。摊铺时随机取样,用炒干法现场进行含水量检测,现场检测的含水量与最佳含水量比较偏差,规定允许偏差在-3+2%之内。如大于最佳含水量,则采取摊铺
41、晾干等方法,如低于最佳含水量,则进行洒水湿润。9.1.3测量放线布网格:在松铺整平的填料上放线撒石灰布网格。网格布完后,测每个网格交叉点的高程,记为第一层的松铺高程。网格形式和高程测量顺序上述执行测量程序。9.1.4碾压填料在整平后,进行碾压前对填筑层的厚度和平整程度进行检查,确认层厚和平整程度符合要求方可进行碾压。先用推土机对表面进行预压,然后再用振动压路机压实,压路机吨位采用20t。碾压遍数:根据土质情况,碾压遍数由压实度确定,初步确定为5遍:第一遍静压,第二遍弱振,第三遍、四遍强振,第五遍静压,按试验检测标准选择四个断面(12个点)检测孔隙率n,孔隙率如果满足基床以下路基填筑设计要求,测
42、量其压实高程,并记录测量数据。检测完成后,再进行碾压,初步确定2遍,第一遍强振,第二遍静压,按试验检测标准选择四个断面(12个点)检测孔隙率n,孔隙率如果满足基床底层填筑设计要求,测量其压实高程,并记录测量数据。压路机行走速度:不大于2km/h。碾压方式:由两边向中间纵向进退式进行,沿线路纵向行与行之间横向重叠压实0.4-0.5m,前后相邻两区段纵向重叠碾压长度不小于2m,并对路肩部分450碾压法碾压,确保边坡碾压密实,做到不漏压,不留死角,确保碾压均匀。 9.1.5检测项目及压实标准基床以下路堤检测项目及压实标准项 目压实标准检测数量碎石类及粗砾土地基系数K30(Mpa /m)110每填高0
