2、in the picture.,is/are 就近原则：取决于它后面的名词的单复数。,Eg：There two boys and a girl in the picture.,is,are,There be 句型的一般疑问句:主要用于询问在某地是否有某物,（1）Is there a/an+可数名词单数/不可数名词+地点答语：Yes,thereis.No,there isnt.,（2）Are there any/数词+可数名词复数+地点答语：Yes,there are.No,there arent.,There is a river in the city.,Is there a park in
