7、 of my own experience.As a senior 3 student i alway feel that time is so tight that i have to make use every mimute to study even during the breaks.However,sometimes i feel so tired that i fall asleep in the next class.Besides,with a lot of noise going on outside,i cant really concentrate on my stud
8、y.Now i will go out of the classroom to enjoy the sunshine and take a breath of fresh air.With high working efficiency,i feel more confident and active in class now.,As the saying goes,all work and no play makes jack a dull boy.I would choose to take a break between classes because keeping energetic and refreshed can help us work more efficientlyWithout a healthy body,we may achieve nothing.what really matters is not how much time we spend on study but how efficient our work is!we need to keep a balance between study and relaxation,
