2、环线南侧路幅外梯形浆砌块石边沟、横穿三环线的连接管道及出口。本次施工管道埋深24米，有一处最大埋深6米。依据规划，原则上排水边沟外边线距三环线硬路肩外侧1米处，排水管道管中距三环线硬路肩外侧3-4米，在施工时采用支护措施。 由于本工程各种管线较多，沿线布置无絮，因此在工程实施中，若发现现状管线与图纸不符及时与设计人员联系，以便修改设计。二 管线处地质报告 2.1 场地地层构成及其岩性特征在勘探孔所揭穿的深度范围内，场地地层由人工填土、全新统冲积相粘性土及上更新统冲洪积相粘性土构成。据野外钻孔岩性描述，原位测试结果及室内土工试验成果可将拟建工程场地勘探深度范围内地层划分为四层八个亚层，各地层岩性

5、场地零星分布黄褐色、褐黄色，可塑，含少量铁锰质结核及灰白色高岭土团块。2.2 场地水文地质条件(一) 地下水在勘探孔揭穿的深度范围内拟建工程场地地下水主要为上层滞水。上层滞水主要赋存于场地上部人工填土中，主要接受大气降水、灌溉用水入渗补给,鱼塘分布地段与地表鱼塘水水力联系密切，呈互补关系，水位、水量与地形及季节关系密切,并受人类活动影响明显，一般有限。勘察期间实测场地静止地下水位为地面下0.803.73m，相当于黄海高程19.8824.45m。(二) 地表水场地地表水主要为场地沿线分布的鱼塘水及排水明渠水，对路基施工及稳定影响不大。(三) 地下水及地表水腐蚀性判定本次勘察期间采取地下水试样一组
6、，根据室内水质分析结果，结合场地周边环境地质条件判定：本场地地下水及地表水对混凝土结构、钢筋混凝土结构中钢筋及钢结构无（弱）腐蚀性。三、沟槽周边环境情况 拟兴建工程位于汉口张公堤南面压浸台，西起额头湾，沿张公堤东行，东止于常青路，全长约7.6公里。场地多为林地，靠近常青路多为空地、民房及道路。场地地形较为平坦开阔，地形标高一般为20.25Z27.40m(以孔口标高为准)，具体详见勘探孔平面位置图，地场在地貌属剥蚀堆积波状平原,相当长江级阶地。四、沟槽支护方案4.1、需支护的断面及钢板桩选型需支护的断面：桩号2+0702+200、4+5505+380、5+9806+200，6+2006+515，
7、2+2004+430及5+3805+980，选用9米，6米，长30c槽型钢板桩（密打）进行基坑支护。4.2、沟槽施工工艺流程测量放线降坡开挖打钢板桩沟槽开挖1.0米左右槽型钢板桩加一道支撑沟槽开挖至设计标高管道基础安管检查井回填拆除支撑拔钢板桩路面恢复五、沟槽开挖支护5.1、沟槽开挖及地下管线防护措施 桩号2+0702+200、4+5505+380、5+9806+200及6+2006+515处沟槽离三环线近，基坑深度34m，设计管道沟槽采用钢板桩直槽开挖型式，支护采用8.0m长度的28b普通槽钢，槽钢与管道内壁的距离为0.8m左右，并加设1道内支撑。桩号2+2004+430及5+3805+98
8、0处沟槽离三环线近，基坑深度23m，设计管道沟槽采用钢板桩直槽开挖型式，支护采用6.0m长度的28b普通槽钢，槽钢与管道内壁的距离为0.8m左右。钢板桩顶标高为现状路面标高，间距0.3m，桩顶标高以下0.11m处设置一道内支撑；内支撑均采用1595螺旋焊钢管，间距3.0m。内支撑与桩体之间设置1道腰梁，腰梁采用I25b普通工字钢，内支撑、腰梁和桩体之间必需焊接，焊角尺寸为8mm。 钢板桩支护施工注意事项：1）应先施工支护桩，然后才能开挖沟槽，沟槽土方要分层开挖，分层推进，层高不宜超过1m。沟槽在土方开挖到横向支撑标高以下0.5m时应设置横向支撑。2）分段开挖时，钢板桩支护应延伸至端部未开挖的土
9、体，加强端部的保护，延伸的长度为开挖深度的1.5倍。3）钢板桩的位置在检查井处适当外移，并应留下足够的施工空间。4）打桩前，对钢板桩逐根检查，剔除锈蚀、变形严重的钢板桩，不合格者待校正后方可使用。5）钢板桩打设时轴线允许偏差为10cm；桩顶标高允许偏差为10cm；钢板桩垂直度不超过1。6）内支撑、腰梁以及钢板桩节点钢构件焊接采用E43型焊条，焊缝均采用角沟槽开挖从下游往上游进行，先主管后支管，先深后浅。根据图纸信息和实地勘探资料，确定管线大概位置。然后通过开挖探沟，找出浅埋地下管线。确定管线位置前施工区域内不得堆放各种物资、设备，各种车辆机械不得驶入本区域。探沟开挖必须使用人工。成立15人的探
10、沟开挖及管线保护施工队，专门负责探沟开挖工作。5人为一组，设组长一名，组长负责本组人员的安全及文明施工，同时，负责检查组员所挖电缆是否被破坏，发现问题及时上报施工员。开挖时必须小心，用铁锨轻轻挖掘，不得用镐。发现土质发生变化时应改用木钎将覆盖物清除干净，以保证不损坏地下管线。 5.2、沟槽降排水及机械，人员安全措施 沟槽排水与沟槽开挖同时进行，在沟槽两侧用人工挖两条宽0.2米，深0.2米的排水沟，在每个管道下游放一台25kw抽水泵，每个施工断面需备用一台30KW抽水泵，以便下大雨时备用！保证沟槽基础干燥施工。对机械施工前需全面检查，作业人员需持证上岗。机械作业区内严禁站人！六、沟槽支护责任制本
