21、度。1)田块方向:田块宜以田间主干道路和沟渠为中轴布设,受地形地貌影响大的地区可顺地形布置。2)田面形状:田块形状应规整,有条件的可修筑为方形或长条形。3)田块规格:单个田块规模不宜小于1亩,归并田块高差一般应控制在Im以内,特殊情况不超过2mo4)田面设计高程:面设计高程应根据归并田块的面积及高差,主要考虑土方量挖填平衡来确定。同时应充分考虑自流灌溉、自流排水等因素,通过田块的形状调整、高程的调整、理顺田块内的串灌串排。5)田坎高度:新修建的梯田土坎高度应不超过2m,石坎高度应不超过3mo在易造成冲刷的土石山区,应结合石块、砾石的清理,就地取材修筑石坎;在土质粘性较好的区域,宜采用土坎;在土
22、质稳定较差、易造成水土流失的地区,宜采用石坎、土石混合坎或生态坎。2、施工工序设计本项旱改水整治主要是把旱作区域通过清杂、表土剥离、台面降坡、犁底层重构、重筑田壤、搭田坎、人工细部平整等,恢复其水田蓄水功能。旱改水具体施工工序是在本项目台面重构的基础上增加犁底层重构和泡田打浆的工序:1)田面清杂。由于部分地块常年无人耕作,现状存在摞荒,耕作层长满杂草甚至灌木的情况,对该部分地块首先进行机械清杂处理;2)表层熟土剥离。表土剥离采用挖机完成,实施过程中由下往上逐块实施,将最下面一块表土进行剥离堆放到地块边缘,挖填平整完成后在对上一块地块进行表土剥离的同时,将剥离表土直接置于下层已平整地块,同时完成
23、上部剥离,下部表土回覆工序;3)台面降坡重构。对表土剥离后需要挖填平整的地块,进行挖填平整,重新整理耕作台面,设计将台面为水平,田面高差不超多3cm,在平整过程中对原有田坎挖除的工程量计入该工程量中,不再单独计量。4)犁底层重构。在进行水田挖高填低时,由于破坏了原有犁底层,因此在土地挖填平整之后,应设计犁底层重构工程。首先对犁底层进行机械碾压,然后对需要进行犁底层重构的田块翻耕,采用旋耕机翻耕,打浆,使得泥浆渗漏到犁底层,填满机械碾压时未填满的缝隙,使得犁底层能够保水;5)田(坎)埃砌筑。为降低水土流失,增加平整后地块的保水性,本次规划新修旱地田坎(填)设计,直接在平整后地块基础上夯筑,设计高
24、度为0.3m,采用三类土进行夯填;6)表土回覆。平整后将剥离的耕作熟土回覆平铺。7)细部平整。田块内平整度不能满足设计要求及部分边角地块机械无法操作的,需要通过人工进行细部平整,保证台面的平整度;8)泡田打浆:对田块进行蓄水,蓄水深度控制在510cm,蓄水后使田块表层土充分浸泡,浸泡时间不少于5天,最后对充分浸泡后的田块进行翻耕打浆3次,翻耕采用人工翻耕,翻耕深度控制在IOCm以内,翻耕过程中使表层土得到充分搅动,搅动产生泥浆将向犁底层下渗,填满犁底层中的缝隙,为保证犁地层不漏水,为防止田坎漏水,要进行绞田边、糊田坎等增强防渗措施。9)蓄水观察:经过以上工序,田块基本上可以满足蓄水要求,如若有

30、沟开挖,具体施工步骤与旱地台面重构一直,仅在清杂部分,台面重构工程只是对局部摞荒、灌木丛生的地方进行清杂,清杂面积占整治面积的10%,而恢复地类整治清杂部分则按照恢复地类面积全部计算。具体施工步骤参照旱地台面重构工程。针对现状坑塘水面的待恢复地类。施工工序包括表层50cm淤泥开挖晾晒一犁底层夯实一土坎(壤)夯筑一晾晒干燥后淤泥打散回覆至田块内一泡田打浆1次一人工细部平整。具体各工序施工技术要求参照水田整治区相同工程措施说明,本次仅对淤泥晾晒打散后回覆做补充要求说明。需特殊说明,淤泥晾晒打散回覆,相当于水田整治时耕作熟土回覆的作用,淤泥中由于富含鱼虾排泄物、鸭鹅粪便以及腐烂的枯枝水草根茎等,肥力
