5、library and three teaching buildings in our school.析：“There be”句型中有几个主语出现时，谓语动词通常与临近的主语保持人称和数的一致。（2）、从古庙后面来了一群人。误：There comes a group of people from behind the old temple.正：There come a group of people from the old temple.析：a group of people 在句中作主语时，谓语动词应用复数形式。,（二）、主语的后置定语的错误。,(1)、大约有十个人在大门口等着。误：The
6、re are about ten people wait at the gate.正：There are about ten people waiting ay the gate.析：动词原形不能作定语，wait应改为waiting，即用现在分词作定语。(2)、在开始使用新机器之前有许多工作要做。误：There is a lot of work need be done before the new machine come into use.正：There is a lot of work to be done before the new machine come into use.析：错
