7、择 操作程序 培训 为了减少运输环节，重置设备的位置,运输方式的选择,有什么可供选择的方式:铁路/公路/海运/空运/管道运输 是否是危险品？产品是如何包装的？产品的价值是多少？产品的重量/质量是多少？合适的车辆能不能找到？,容器的选择和设计,容器是否能够适应所期望的条件？现有的工具能否很容易的操作容器？我们是否和出发地交流过所发生的问题？是否由于包装质量或类型的原因引起“near miss”事故？容器是否方便在运输车辆上固定？合同商是否经过培训来识别不合格的包装,以及不要将损坏的货物发出去？容器是否符合UN规范？,道路选择,有没有一条可以减少事故的更佳路线？道路情况是怎样的？是否要跨越水路？是

10、N Model Regulation 联合国 关于危险货物运输的建议书 IATA 危险货物空运规则 IMDG危险货物海运规则,国家/当地的法规优先于公司要求 如果公司法规的要求比当地法规的要求严格且没有冲突，则必须按照杜邦的要求。公司的要求有些是强制性的，有些只是指导性的。,2.2培训,对所有与运输安全相关的员工进行培训 培训内容：法规和公司要求“储运安全管理程序”、“运输事故紧急响应处理程序”、“危险品安全管理程序”、“化学品容器的存放与泄漏处理”、“车辆装卸货程序”及化学品危害，化学品常识等方面的培训。各个区域保存培训记录。,3.运输商安全,管理责任事业部的领导层以及采购/运输管理层，均有
11、责任来保证运输商符合安全要求。一般要求为杜邦运输危险品的运输商必须充分了解产品的性质，并且知道在正常运输条件下和紧急情况下如何安全的处理所运输的危险品。使用当地/区域采购/运输部门提供的列表上的供应商，以保证供应商的选择是达到安全的要求。,3.运输商安全-S13U,运输商资格考察 根据他们的安全能力和表现 客户自己提货的控制。对运输商表现的评估 定期开会，将运输商的表现通告同行公司,承运商的选择,切忌只考虑价格！有没有安全程序？进行了什么培训？司机选择程序？车辆维护程序？是否发生过事故？是否纪录“near misses”？驾驶员是否接受过处罚？车辆上有什么设备？有什么样的车辆？是否有执照？,操
