1、动词不定式做后置定语的其他情况：1.被修饰词为形容词的最高级或被形容词最高级修饰时；Eg:He was the best man to do the job.2.不定代词something,nothing及little等后常用不定式做定语；3.抽象名词time,way,reason,chance,ability,courage,opportunity,wish等后常用不定式做定语。4.被修饰词前有序数词，the only,the very,the next等对其进行修饰时；,5.表示将来的动作时，要用动词不定式做后置定语。如果不定式与被修饰词之间是逻辑上的主谓关系，不定式用主动(to do)形
2、式；如果不定式与被修饰词之间是逻辑上的动宾关系，不定式用被动(to be done)形式。Eg:The car to be bought is for his sister.6.There be 句型中，做主语的名词或代词后可接不定式作定语。Eg:There is nothing to worry about.,单句改错,1.He was the first one getting there.2.The matter to discuss tomorrow is very important.,语法填空,1.He is always the first_(come)and the last_(leave).2.Starting a new school term is always exciting.It is a chance _(see)your friends again.3.Thanks to your encoragement,I finally got the courage_(face)the challenge.,
