15、驱动 多运用于运动型跑车和方程式赛车上。由于这类型的汽车需要极大功率的发动机,因此其发动机的尺寸也比较大,将发动机安置在驾驶员座椅之后和后桥之前,有利于获得最佳轴荷分配和提高汽车的性能。MR的优点是:轴荷分配均匀,具有很中性的操控特性。缺点是:发动机占去了座舱的空间,降低了空间利用率和实用性,因此MR大都是追求操控表现的跑车。,4WD 全写 4 Wheel Drive 前或後置引擎,四轮驱动 通常是越野车所采用的方式,此种方式一般发动机前置,在变速器后装用分动器以便将动力分别输送到全部车轮上。随着限滑差速器技术的发展和应用,四驱系统已能精确地调配扭矩在各轮之间分配,所以高性能跑车出于提高操控性
