3、ent,at least one address will have to go in the To:field.The other addresses can also go in the To:field or they can go in the Cc:field.Everybody gets a copy of the message,and all recipients can see who else the message has been sent to.,Blind carbon copies are used to send a copy of an email to a
4、recipient without any of the other recipients being aware that the Bccd recipient got a copy of the email.Bcc says send a copy to another address.but in this case,dont indicate to the recipient that you sent this copy.,Attachment:附件 This is the name given to a file that is sent with an email,an emai

11、Writing Tips,Use specific subject linesAlways include a subject line in your message.These allow the reader to prioritize,search,and file the message appropriately.It is also important to make it meaningful.e.g.“Meeting”/“Important Production Meeting Wed,4 Jan,2008”,which one is better?Keep messages
