7、，常有两种用法。2、作副词、表原因。后接名词或名词结构。,Eg：He didnt come to school due to his illness.,该例子中，due to作原因状语，位于句中。,Eg：Your success was entirely due to your hard work.（在该句中作表语。),例：With our teacher coming,all the class become silent.,With和as都可表示和一起，不同的是with后接名词、代词，动名词结构。as后面接句子，表示时间、比较、方式、原因、程度。,As our teacher comes,

10、，有一天我们的孙子也会站在圣诞树旁，眼睛睁得大大的，望着他们的爸爸取下信封。,分析：该句中翻译比较长，很多同学看着长句会感到头疼，我们可以把它分成两部分，以第一个with为界,首先翻译：The tradition has grown and someday will expand even further,它的字面意思是：这个惯例一直成长甚至某一天将会延伸到未来,那么第一个with后面引出的句子，就表示这个惯例一直延续对未来造成的影响。我们再接着把造成的影响翻译出来就简单了。,在句中出现了两个with，第一个with表示的是一个独立主格结构，在句中作结果状语。而第二个with则表示一个伴随状语
