3、ll rights of disposal such as copying and passing on to third parties.,Diesel Systems,一般恰当的诊断和处理过程：,1.根据故障现象、车辆反应，初步判断是什么方面的问题 机械，电或者零部件，但不能一开始就更换部件！除非确认，如蓄电池没电等等。2.察看发动机故障，读取故障代码 电控系统与老的机械系统有较大差别，电控方面的大部分故障，包括传感器、线束以及执行器的故障很多都会记录在ECU里面，通过诊断设备可以读取故障代码及其解释。3.根据故障代码及其解释，进行处理 一步步排查，具体问题具体分析，不确认之前，不要更换任

14、third parties.,Diesel Systems,举例：,1.发动机不能起动时间：2008年8月 地点：北京福田公司车辆：风景 发动机：4JB1 里程数：30KM故障码：P0251(油量计量阀开路)，P0404(没有EGR信号)，P0193(轨压传感器电压超上限)等故障描述：车辆下线后就不能起动，开始福田工程师更换ECU能起动，但后来又不能起动，工程师对线索及传感器检查，确认正常。FCT排查：根据错误代码逐个排除，测量传感器发现都正常，检查线索时，发现对传感器供电不正常，逐步确认下去，发现ECU供电不正常，最后检查ECU线索，发现主继电器有问题，更换主继电器问题解决。,无锡博世售后现
15、场技术支持小组（RBCD-FCT）,13,RBCD/QMM|Jan 15 2008|Robert Bosch GmbH reserves all rights even in the event of industrial property rights.We reserve all rights of disposal such as copying and passing on to third parties.,Diesel Systems,举例：,2.发动机不能起动、黑烟、抖动时间：2008年4月 地点：马鞍山车辆：皮卡 发动机：4JB1 里程数：15,000Km故障码：P1011-轨压偏差超上极限(轨压偏小)故障描述：车辆起动不了，但是用别的车一拖就能拖着，能起动时，冒黑烟，发动机振动较大FCT排查：根据错误代码分析，一般此故障由于轨压偏小造成，排查如下：a.检查油箱里燃油，油箱里粗滤状况；b.检查低压回路，确保管路密封，无任何弯折；c.检查燃油滤清器；d.检查喷油器回油量；当时通过这几步排查，a,b,c都正常，当测喷油器回油量时，135ml/30s，根据经验值，此值偏大，更换喷油器，故障排除。,无锡博世售后现场技术支持小组（RBCD-FCT）,
