10、BE CHECKED必须检查之文件:List of all the raw materials used(including raw materials for other products/products which are not being certified)所使用之原料表(包括其它产品/不申请哈拉证书之产品之原料)Purchase Order and Delivery Order of raw materials 原料之采购和发货订单Formula 配方Production Work Sheet 生产工作表Specifications(source of origin/flow p

11、rocess/ingredients)and/or halal certificate of raw materials 规格(原产地证/工艺流程/成份)和/或原料之哈拉证书,7,OBJECTS TO BE AUDITED 被审察之项目:Plant(s)生产基地Other places which are important to be audited:example slaughtering houses/company as the suppliers of animal products and its derivatives(meat,bones,etc)or other very c

12、ritical raw materials 其它必须被审察之重要地方:比如屠宰场或公司或供应动物和其附加产品之供应者或其它临界原料,8,POST AUDIT MONITORING 审察之后之监督,The company must maintain the halalness of the products based on Halal Assurance System made by the company itself,coordinated by Halal Internal Auditor/s 公司必须按照自己所做的哈拉确认系统来保持产品之哈拉性,这些都是由内部哈拉审察者来协调Companys Regular Report System to LPPOM MUI 公司必须定期地向LP POM MUI报告-reported every 6 months 每6个月报告1次-every changes(material,supplier,production process,etc.)每个更改(原料,供应商,生产程序等)must be consulted with LPPOM MUI before implemented 在实行前必须与LP POM MUI进行商议Unscheduled inspection by LPPOM MUI LP POM MUI 之不定期检查,
