1、Intralink 基础用户培训2008-01-08,Lesson 1Introduction to Pro/INTRALINK,Intralink 主要是用来管理工程资料的软件(数据库功能)，特别对Pro/E数据可管理其关联性,有效地进行项目组内的并行设计和产品数据重用。,Introduction to Pro/INTRALINK,储存管理(Vault)版本管理(Version)修订版管理(Revision)发行管理(Release)变更管理（Change Control)存取权限控制（Accessibility）关联性管理（Dependency Management）并行设计环境（Conc
2、urrent design)ReportSearch,Pro/Intralink architecture,Intralink 架构,数据资料，集中由单一或数台Server集中管理，与User间的关系如下图所示：Server端为公用数据库，称为Commonspace(CS)User端建立一个Local的数据库为个人工作区，称为Workspace(WS)如需使用CS内的数据，则将数据取出（Check Out)到WS中，待修改完成后，再存入（Check in)到（CS)中，完成数据的更新。如是新的数据，则直接由WS存入CS中。,Attention,对Workspace中的数据，任何时候都要用 In
3、tralink 菜单来进行操作，不要用资源管理器对自己硬盘.proi文件夹中的数据进行操作。,启动Intralink 和login,1.用快捷键启动Intralink后，2.选择Login,待Login对话框出现如图1。3.输入User Name 及Password如图2所示。4.按下Login钮，启动Intralink完成,启动Intralink 和login,建议在系统变量中增加“INTRALINK_DEFAULT_USER”一项，这样每次登录Intralink时的用户名就不是默认的计算机登录用户名，而是你需要的GITIS用户名。,设定INTRALINK中的用户,为不同项目建立不同的文件夹
4、，每个用户对不同的文件夹拥有不同的权限,从CS中取数据到WS中:Check Out,1 点右键，最快捷,3 菜单,2 图标,从CS中取数据到WS中:Check Out,1,2,3,4,5,Check In 文件到 CS 中,新文件第一次Check in至CS前，须先设置文件的存入路径，步骤如下：1.选择新的文件-修改文件-选folder-并设定Folder的位置2.若有数个文件存入的路径相同时，可同时选这几个文件，一起设置,Pro/INTRALINK 组成部分,CommonspaceWorkspaceAdministrationLocatePreferencesLaunch Pro/ENGIN
5、EER,Lesson 2WORKSPACE Fundamentals,建立新的个人工作区（Workspace),WS或CS表格的显示方法,1.在WS和CS中选择上方的菜单,View-Table Configuration-Modify2.窗口中，用户可将系统属性和用户定义的属性，加入显示表头中 Column Display:表头显示内容 Sort Order:表的行排序 Filter Objects:按条件显示表的内容,设定表的行排序方式,按条件显示表的内容,Name=*.prt 只显示零件Name!=*.prt 不显示零件,Previewing Objects,不用启动Pro/E就能看到模型
6、信息,CS中的状态:Lock：锁住OBJECT，别人无法再修改Intent to Modify：提醒别人设计者有进一步修改此零件的意图,WS 与 CS statuses,WS中的状态:Read Only：只读New Object:新的数据Modify with Warnings：修改警告Modified:修改的数据,Commonspace Statuses 与其他用户沟通信息Workspace Statuses 是被用户个人使用,COMPARE STATUS:SAME NAME.：同名的OBJECTS已存在RENAMED：OBJECT已经改名Out-of-Date：在WS中OBJECT版本已过
7、期,WS 与 CS statuses,Compare Statuses：告诉用户自己的WS中的对象与CS中相应对象的关系，以提醒用户及时进行相关操作,WS statuses在PRO/E中的影响,Modify w/Warnings,WS statuses在PRO/E中的影响,Read Only,使用 Compare Status,1、Compare Status 比较 object在WS与CS中的元数据(Revision,Version,Folder)2、任何元数据的改变都会在WS中反映出来.3、可以检查CHECK IN的冲突原因4、检查OBJECTS是非是最新版本,在WS中产生新的OBJECT
8、S的方法,1.用Pro/E存盘（带相应WS启动Pro/E时）2.用WS中的Import 命令:把本地硬盘数据输入到WS中3.用WS中的Duplicate objects功能:把原存在于WS的数据用duplicate产生一套新文件名的数据.,变形设计的好工具 Duplicate objects,Workspace Reports,List of available workspace reports:Bill of MaterialRelationshipsWhere UsedFamily Table注意WS中的报表功能有时只对WS中的对象有效,不能反映CS中的情况.,Bill of Mater
9、ials Report,Shows bill of material of chosen assembly.,Relationship Report,Shows what type of relationship that the chosen object has to other objects.,Where Used Report,Shows where the chosen object is used.,Pro/E 和Workspace的连结,从指定的WS中启动 Pro/E,PRO/E只与此WS相关,Pro/E 和Workspace的连结,能切换PRO/E到另外的WS,选中新的WS后
10、点Activate，则切换到新的WS,从指定的WS中启动 Pro/E的特性,一旦从指定的WS中启动Pro/E，则它们就自动关联在一起，在Pro/E中不用再指定工作目录（Set Working Directory），以后所有的Open或Save等命令，都是直接对该WS进行操作。,必须CHECK IN到CS中的数据,使其他用户存取你的新数据在并行设计时,使其它用户共享数据.只有在CS中的数据才安全,Check In 的注意事项,只有新的或刚修改过的OBJECTS才需要Check In对新的OBJECTS在CHECK IN前,必修设定到正确的,有权限的FOLDER和RELEASE LEVEL.已是修
11、改状态的OBJECTS不用设定FOLDER(因为已经设定过了),Lesson 3Workspace Administration,管理WS的历史纪录,利用Frame功能你可以查看和管理自己的历史操作与记录，可以undo或redo其中的某一步。,管理WS的历史纪录,当Frame足够多时，或者设计已相对稳定，需要undo或redo的可能性比较小时，应及时purge所保存的Frame，否则会影响系统的运行速度。,Lesson 4Pro/COMMONSPACE,Pro/COMMONSPACE,管理数据数据的安全性Folders:组织数据的存放Authorizations:控制数据存取的权限Releas

14、示数据重名时，有两种解决方法1.将不能Check In的文件改名，再Check in2.在CS中，用Locate,查找重名的零件，看此零件是谁设计的，双方协商，最后用谁的文件入库，如用库中的零件，则将库中的零件 Check Out到个人工作区中（WS),在Pro/E中调相应的装配，存盘，Check In.,Common Conflicts,Not Authorized to Check In,Common Conflicts-Not Authorized to Check In,Possible ReasonsUser did not set the folder for new object
