1、可数名词的变化规则：1一般的在词尾加 s。如 pens,books,maps 2以 s,x,sh,ch结尾的名词加es.如：boxes,classes,dishes,watches3 以辅音字母+y 结尾的名词，将变y 为i再加es.family-families;baby-babies;但以元音字母+y 结尾的名词，后直接加s.如：boy-boys;toy-toys(玩具)4 以o 结尾的名词，一般在词尾直接加s.如：radio-radios;photo-photos但有四个特殊的，后加es.：tomatoes(西红柿);potatoes(土豆),heroes(英雄),Negroes(黑人)
2、,名词：,5以f 或fe 接尾的名词，复数形式多数是变f 或fe 为v,再加 es.如：leaf-leaves;thief-thieves;wife-wives;knife-knives 但是 也有直接加s 的 如：roof-roofs(房顶，屋顶);gulf gulfs(海湾),不规则名词的复数形式：1 改变单词中的元音字母，或加后缀：foot-feet脚;tooth-teeth牙齿;goose-geese鹅；mouse-mice老鼠;child children孩子;woman-women妇女,2 表示“某国人”，根据使用的习惯而有所不同。Chinese,Japanese,American
3、s,Germans,Russians,Asians,Australians,Canadians,Italians,European(s)注意：一个英国人；六个法国人（翻译）an Englishman;six Frenchmen3 复合名词的复数形式：如：儿媳妇：daughters-in-lawapple treeapple trees;shoe shop-shoe shops;girl student-girl students注意：下面的特殊形式：man teacher-men teachers woman doctor-women doctors a sports hat-two spor
4、ts hats;看看：news 是复数形式吗？,特别的的复数形式：6单复数同形：deer(鹿);sheep(绵羊);people(人们);police(警察)注意：fishes 指鱼的种类。7不可数名词可量化：two pieces of news/paper/work/bread/meat a bottle of milk/water three bowls of rice ten cups of tea注意：two papers：两张试卷,名词的所有格：1一般的在后面加 s 如：我哥哥的瓶子：my brothers bottle;我孩子们的玩具 my childrens toys2共同拥有的
5、：Lucy and Lilys各自拥有的：Lucys and Lilys注意：不管单复数,只要以s 结尾,所有格形式在后面直接加 即可。如 老师办公室 the teachers office;注意：at Mr.Whites在怀特家;at the doctors在医生诊所。拓展：the+形容词表示一类人，谓语动词用复数如：老人们很开心：The old are very happy.the Whites 怀特一家人；怀特夫妇。,无生命的名词的所有格的习惯表达：结构为：of+名词 如：房子的门：the door of the house 书的封面：the cover of the book注意：有些
