2、ution in the biosphere(生物圈).This includes chemical,physical and biological processes affecting flora,fauna,water,air and soil.,continued,Coverage is diverse and includes all aspects of pollution sources,transport,deposition,acid precipitation(沉淀),atmospheric pollution,metals,aquatic pollution includ

6、 have up-to-date references and employ the correct experimental replication(反响)and statistical analysis,where needed,continued,The journal will not consider submissions of limited international interest or lacking a substantial(实在的)impact onenvironmental pollution research.In addition,papers that me

7、rely comprise data collections,based on the use of routineanalytical or bioanalyticalmethods,are not acceptable.Repetition of already published knowledge,simply applied to the local level,will not be considered,nor will papers that do not highlight and explain clearly the new science versus the curr

8、ent knowledge.,Exzample,I chose a paper from the magazine.The paper studies the plateau lakes(高原湖泊)of Yunnan in order to improve the water qualityThough I just copy the structure of the paper,I also hope that we may learn more through the standard article,Abstract,The plateau lakes(高原湖泊)of Yunnan ar

9、e important both ecologically and economically in China.Nevertheless,the human impact on water quality in these lakes has become increasingly highlighted.The water quality of 10 plateau lakes was monitored regularly over the period of 2000 through 2004 for 24 parameters(因素,特征).Multivariate statistic

10、al techniques,including cluster analysis(CA),factor analysis(FA),and principal component analysis(PCA),were employed to better interpret information about the water quality and its pollution sources.,continued,However,three latent factors accounted for pollution mainly from the following sources:agr

11、icultural activities,residential activities and anthropogenic-toxic pollution from industrial effluents,or other special activities.Three types of water quality(low-,medium-,and high-polluted lakes)were determined through CA based on the similarity of water quality variables.Our results may provide

16、emporal Variations in Water Quality and Pollution SourcesWater Quality Regime(社会制度)Controls of Pollution Sources,CONCLUSIONS,Water quality data from 10 plateau lakes of Yunnan Province have been examined by unsupervised pattern recognition(hierarchical cluster analysis)and display methods(PCA)to obt

17、ain correlations between variables and water quality similarity in groups of lakes.Cluster analysis confirmed the existence of three types of water quality(i.e.,low-,medium-,and high-polluted lakes).Although three PCs needed 14 variables to explain 85.01%of the original data set,which indicated that

18、 no obvious data reduction was obtained,three latent factors can identify different pollution sources:agricultural and industrial activities,residential activities,and anthropogenic-toxic pollution from industrial effluents or other special activities.Box-whiskers plots of water quality variables sh

19、owed visually the spatiotemporal variations of water quality variables,which may help further analyze the pollution sources loading into these lakes.All these results can provide better opportunities for more effective management of lake water quality and analyses of lake status.,ACKNOWLEDGMENTS,Man
