1、工程合同的许可或批准条款中英文对照版工程合同的许可或批准条款（中英文对照）ARTICLESOFPERMISSIONANDAPPROVAL发包人应遵守法律，并办理法律规定由其办理的许可、批准或备案，包括但不限于建设用地规划许可证、建设工程规划许可证、建设工程施工许可证、施工所需临时用水、临时用电、中断道路交通、临时占用土地等许可和批准。发包人应协助承包人办理法律规定的有关施工证件和批件CTheemployershouldabidebythelawsandconductthepermission,approvalandfiling,whicharestipulatedbylaws,includei
2、nteraliaPlanningpermissionofconstructionusedland,Permissionofconstructionprojectplanning.Permissionofprojectexecution,andotherpermissionsorapprovalsfortemporarywater,temporarypower,interrupttraffic,temporaryuseland,andsoon.Theemployershouldassistthecontractortoconductthelicensesandapprovaldocumentsf

10、rthepurposeofperformanceofthisContract买方应按适用的InCoterm来为设备的任何部分获得必要的进口许可/证书，并在合适的范围内提供建设许可和生产许可。应卖方要求时，买方应协助卖方获取在安装国履约所必须的安装设备的(临时)进口许可/证书、卖方人员所须的签证/工作许可。ThePurchasershallobtainimportpermitsand/orlicensesrequiredforanypartoftheEquipmentinaccordancewiththeapplicableIncotermand,totheextentapplicable,bu
11、ildingpermitsandoperatingpermits.ThePurchasershall,attheSuppIierDsrequest,assisttheSupplierinobtaining(temporary)importpermitsand/orlicensesforSuppIierDsErectionEquipment,visaand/orworkpermitrequiredintheCountryforSuppIierDspersonnelandanyfurtherauthorizations,consentsand/orapprovalsnecessaryforthep

17、取合同规定以外的油气勘探开发许可及政府批准。主管部门应协助承包商获得必要的许可，包括但不仅限于土地使用权、特殊自然资源使用许可、哈萨克斯坦共和国紧急事务委员会以及其他必要许可。DuringtheTermoftheContract,theContractorshallnotberequiredtoobtainanyadditionalLicense,permissionorsanctionoftheGovernmentfortheconductofExplorationandRecoveryofHydrocarbonRawMaterialsintheContractTerritoryinacco
18、rdancewiththeconditionsofthepresentContract.TheCompetentBodyshallassisttheContractorinobtainingallnecessarypermissionsandlicenses,including,butnotlimitedto,landconcessions,permissiontoconductspecialnatureuses,permissionoftheStateCommitteeoftheRepublicofKazakstanforEmergenciesandothernecessarypermiss
19、ionsandlicenses.作业许可证由各专业承包商安全员签发，经承包商项目经理审核确认,由JKPM和监理机构批准后方可实施。禁止未经许可就进入施工作业。AllPTWapplicationwillbeissuedbythesafetypersonneloftherelatedcontractorandwillbeconfirmedbytheProjectmanagerfromContractor.ThenitshallbereviewedandapprovedbyJKPMandsupervisionorganization.Commencementwithoutapprovalisstri
20、ctlyforbidden.开工前7日内，将施工许可证、道路、铁路、河流等通行权手续、临时占地、爆破等许可手续办理完毕。WithinsevendayspriortocommencementcompletetheproceduresofExecutionLicense,pastrightsofroad,railroadandriverinadditiontopermissionsoftemporarylanduseandexplosionwork.N公司应协助承包商，以确保承包商或其分包商的雇员及他们的家属获得和续签所有的入境签证或工作许可，以及在伊朗所需要的其他手续,此方面的协助为承包商在伊朗
21、境内开展本合同项下义务所必需。N.I.O.CshallprovideassistancetoContractorinsecuringandrenewingallentryorworkpermitsforemployeesofContractororitssubcontractorsandtheirdependentsaswellasallotherformalitiesintheIRofIranforwhichtheassistanceofN.I.O.CisnecessarytoenableContractortocarryoutitsobligationsinIRofIranunderthisServiceContract.发包人取得的有关审批、核准和备案材料，如规划许可证。Relevantapproval,ratifyandfilingmaterialsobtainedbytheemployer,suchasplanningpermits.
