3、ALSERVICESDate:22/03/041.0PURPOSEThisinstructioncoverstheinspection,testandverificationactivitiesrequiredtovalidatethesupply,manufactureandtestofFansandBlowersforgeneraluse.2.0SCOPEThisinstructioncoversallnecessarystagesintheproductionofFansandBlo4、wersfromIheexaminationofcertificationfromprocuremen
4、tsourcestothefinalinspection,preservationandpackingtodespatchtosite.AlthoughthemethodologyincompilingthisinstructionistosystematicallyprogressthroughtheconstructionofatypicalFanorBlowerExperiencedJnspectorsmayin5、terprettheintentoftheinstructiontoaccommodatelocalornovelpracticesortoutilisetheinstruc
5、tionforaone-off,oralternativedesignofFans.Thedesignhavingbeenapprovedbytheclient.AnysuchVariationsshouldbenotedontheinspectorsreport.3.0PROCEDURES.1GENERALThisinstructiontog6、etherwiththeassociatedchecksheetmaybeusedonanycontractororder.ltisintendedtoactasaguidetotheinspectorinthecourseoftheinspecti
6、onprogramme.AnypartofthedocumentmaybeinvokedandthesectionstobeusedandthelevelofInspectionrequiredwillbeasspecifiedonthech7、ecklist.AIItestsandinspectionswillbecarriedoutagainsttheapproveddrawingszpurchaseOrderspecificationszPurchasersorcompanystandardszandwithinthepracticesandrulesofthecountryzstate
