23、dicdatafromtheleadingvehicle,inordertoCarryonplatoonoperations.Thisinformationallowsthedistancebetweenvehiclestobecomeextremelysmall,i.e.,thegapdistancetranslatedtotimecanbeVerylow(subsecond).Platooningapplicationsmayallowthevehiclesfollowingtobeautonomouslydriven.AdvancedDrivingenablessemi-automate

24、dorfully-automateddriving.Longerinter-vehicledistanceisassumed.Eachvehicleand/orRSUsharesdataobtainedfromitslocalsensorswithvehiclesinproximity,thusallowingvehiclestocoordinatetheirtrajectoriesormaneuvers.Inaddition,eachvehiclesharesitsdrivingintentionwithvehiclesinproximity.Thebenefitsofthisusecase
