1、本科生毕业论文(设计)题目功能主义翻译目的论下红楼梦茶文化英译对比研究AbstractAsOneoftheFourGreatMasterpiecesofChina,ADreamofRedMansionsfhasarichdescriptionofteacultureintheQingDynasty.TherearetwomaintranslationsofADreamofRedMansions,namelyADreamofRedMansions(translatedbyYangXianYiandDaiNaiDi)andTheStoiyoftheStone(translatedbyDavidHa

2、wkes),whichdifferinmanyaspects.BasedontheSkopostheory,startingfromconsideringthetargetreadersandthepurposeoftranslation,thisthesisappliesappropriatetranslationstrategiessuchas:meaningequivalence,translationaugmentation,normalisation,etc.totranslateteanames,teasets,teawateretc.relatedtoteaculture.Thi

3、sthesisprovidesacomparativeanalysisofthedifferenttranslationsoftheteanamescontainedintheteacultureofADreamofRedMansionsfromtheperspectiveofSkopostheory,suchasThousandRedFlowersinOneCavern,Laojunmei,SiamteaandLongjingtea,aswellassomeoftheteasetsandteawaterinthemfromdifferenttranslations.Throughthestu

4、dyofthesedifferences,wecanunderstandChineseteaculture,whichisofgreatsignificancetocross-culturalcommunicationbetweenChinaandforeigncountries.Keywords:ADreamofRedMansionsSkoposTheory;TeaCulture;Translation摘要我国四大名著之一的红楼梦对清代茶文化有着颇为丰富的描述。红楼梦主要有两个译本,分别为力DreamOfRedManSionS(扬宪益、戴乃迭合译)和TheStoryoftheSZOe(大卫霍

5、克斯译)两种译本在很多方面存在差异。基于功能主义目的论,充分考虑目标读者的需求,本文对红楼梦茶文化中的茶具,茶名,茶水等的翻译及其相应的翻译策略和翻译方法,例如:意义对等,增译,归化等方法进行了比较研究,具体对千红一窟,老君眉,暹罗茶和龙井茶等茶名翻译以及其中的部分茶具茶水进行了不同译本的对比分析研究。通过对这些差异的研究,我们可以从中了解到国内外对我国茶文化的理解和认知,这对我国茶文化的对外传播、中外跨文化交际等都有着重要意义。关键词:红楼梦;功能主义目的理论;茶文化;翻译TableofContentsStatementofAuthorship错误!未定义书签。Acknowledgments

22、totheirownculturalcultivationandtheirdifferentunderstandingofthetext.ThisthesiscomparesthecontentofteacultureinthetwotranslationsfromtheperspectiveofskoposTheory.Theartisticcharmcontainedinteacultureisexploredthroughtheformoftranslation.IimplementtheprincipleofskoposTheorywhentranslatingloadedwordsa

26、efewtreatisesonthetranslationstudyoftheADreamofRedMansions.Eventhough,therearestillsomeJapanesescholarswhoshowedgreatinterestinit.ADreamofRedMansionshasbeenstudiedearlierandwidelyinJapan.JapanesescholarshavestudiedtheADreamofRedMansionsfromtheperspectiveoflanguagesince1950s.ThereisatrialdraftofMr.Ta

27、daOmsDictionaryofADreamofRedMansions(unpublished).Ogata,aJapanesescholar,whoseADreamofRedMansionsinGlossaryofWordwaspublishedin1967;MiyadaIchirocompiledtheADreamofRedMansions,bcabularyIndex”(handwrittencopy)(1973),whichisanimportanttoolforreadingADreamofRedMansions.Chuan,sresearchofADreamofRedMansio

28、nsfocusedmainlyontheartisticskillsandlanguagestudy.Since1950s,accordingtoChuanYao,Japan,slinguisticresearchonADreamofRedMansionsstarted,suchasOharaNobuhito,sgrammarnotesfcOnthePerformanceofADreamofMansions(Ohara,1951)1.3.1 ResearchesatHomeADreamofRedMansionsisoneofthefourgreatmasterpiecesofChina.The

29、artisticachievementsitembodiesarenotonlyinthefieldofliterature,butalsoinmanyotherareas.Thisincludestheembodimentandstudyofteaculture,animportantpartoftraditionalChineseculture,whichisreflectedinthelong-establishedChineseteacultureinHonglouQian.Numerousteaproductsarementionedinthebook,includingnumero

30、usordinaryteaproductsaswellasfamousteaproducts,andthedepictionoftheseproductstogetherembodiestheteacultureofChinasQingDynasty.Atthesametime,ADreamofRedMansions,thequintessentialChineseliterarywork,hashadahugeimpactinWesterncountriesandhasbeentranslatedintoseveralversions.InWan,sstudy,theproblemswith
