General概述1.1 Thisagreementistheappendixofcontract,andregardedastheintegralpartofthecontract.Thisagreementshallbecomeeffectiveonthedatewhenthecontracthasbeendulyexecuted.本协议作为合同的附则，是合同的组成部分。本协议将在合同正式实施时生效。1.
2、2 ClassificationsocietyRules船级符号:Putupbanner(Shipregistry)挂国旗(船籍):1.SINGAPOREFLAG新加坡旗；2、PANAMAFLAG巴拿马旗；3、UNITEDARABEMIRATESFLAG阿拉伯联合酋长国旗1.3 RuleandRegulation规范及规则：AllmachineryanddevicesofthisvesselshallbeconstructedinaccordancewiththefollowingRulesandRegulations(theeditionandamendmentstheretobeingin

7、SparepartsIiSt备件清单Operation&maintenancemanual系统性能安装、操作及维修指南2.4 TheBiographytocontainparticularsofallmachinerymaincomponents(e.g.pumpszconsoles,etc.)andequipmentmaincomponents所有机器的主要部件(如泵、控制板等)及设备主要部件的详细描述2.5 .Afterthecontractisexecuted,Vendershouldsubmittheapprovaldrawingtoshipyard/owner/designinsti
8、tutewithin2weeksandonesetofdrawinginAutoCADbye-mail.Approvalcommentstobegatheredbyfastfardesigncompany,andtobesuppliedtovenderASAP.合同生效后，设备厂应在2周内向建造方/船东/设计公司递交认可图纸并通过电子邮件发送AutoCAD版图纸。各方审核意见由速远船舶公司归口处理，并尽快发送至设备厂商。2.6 .Aftershipyard/owner/designinstitutesupplythecomments,Vendershouldmodifythedrawingan
9、dsubmittheworkingdrawingwithCADcopytoOwner/shipyard/designinstitutewithin2weeks.船厂/船东/设计公司提出审核意见后，设备厂应根据意见进行修改，并在2周内向各方递交工作图纸以及CAD版图纸。2.7 Finaldrawingsshouldbesenttoshipyard/ownerwithequipments.完工图纸应随设备一同送至船厂/船东。3. TechnicalStandard技术标准3.1 Standards:标准3.2 Painting喷漆Theouterpaintingofelectricalandmac
10、hineryequipmentshouldbeaccordancewithshipownerzsrequirement(no-luminouspainttobeusedfortheequipmentplacedinwheelhouse).电器及机器设备的外部喷漆应满足船东要求(驾驶室内不应使用反光涂料)。3.3 Nameplate铭牌:3.4 Instrument指示计Amperemeter,voltmeter,frequencyindicatorandRevolutionindicatoretc.shallhavered-lineindexmarksontheirrespectiverate
11、value.Theclassofaccuracyisnotlessthan1.5.电流表、压力计、频率计以及转速计等应有红线刻度指示标准值。仪表精确度不应低于1.5级。3.5 Supply供电ShipsPowersupplysystem船舶动力供电系统卫生间需配防潮接线盒(4孔4线满足IP56、220V的要求)高于维修三角区上方，内部照明防水型，镜前灯为1X15W.60HZz带剃须刀水密插座。电缆线为3芯船用电缆，并预留800mm自由端，卫生单元外的开关由船厂自行完成。Awaterproofcablejunctionbox(4socketsf4cables,IP56z220V)shouldbe
12、mountedabovethemaintenancearea.Awaterproofceilinglampshouldbearranged.Acabinetlampof1X15W.60HZ.Allcablesshouldbeofmarinetypewitha800mmfreeendforconnection.Theswitchesoutsidethesanitaryunitshouldbeprovidedbytheshipyard.4. 单元性能试验Acceptancetest4.1 卫生单元内所有设备、小五金件、管路阀件、电缆线等必须安装牢固，不得有松动现象，且所有洁具、五金件必需进行加强，
13、特别是座便器、洗脸盆、防浪扶手等尤为要坚固加强。要保证卫生单元底盘、顶板及洁具等的材料强度，不应有内部漏水现象。Allequipments,smallhardware,pipes,valvesandcablesshouldbefixedingoodorderandhavenoloose.Allequipmentssuchaswaterclosetzwashbasizgrabrailzetc.mustbewellmounted.Thematerialstrengthofbaseplatezceilingandsoonshouldbeensuredsothatthereisnowaterleaka
14、ge.卫生单元制造完工后，由设备方书面通知甲方和船东对卫生单元进行验收，验收合格后，方能发货。若十天之内没有答复，视为产品合格，且可发货。ThesellershouldnotifythebuyerandtheShipOwnerbywritingtomakeaninspectionoftheunitinthesellerzsfactorywhenfinished.Itcanbedeliveredafteracceptedbybuyer.Ifthereisnoreplywithin10daysafterthenoticereceived,theunitcanalsobedelivered.42单元
15、发货前，必须在每一个卫生单元外面标明以下标志：船厂名、船名、甲板名称、房间名称及编号、产品规格等，以便船厂入舱定位。Beforethedelivery,thesanitaryunitmustbelabeledwithfollowings:shipyardname,shipname,deckname,roomnameandnumberetc.zsoitcanbeliftedintherightposition.4.3 完成后进行必要的表面保护，并进行包装，保证在运输过程中不受损坏，若有因包装问题而造成的损坏设备方应承担责任。Takesomenecessaryprotectionandpackin
16、gtoavoiddamageduringthetransportation,ifhappens,thesellershouldtaketheresponsibility.4.4 安装过程中若有需要设备方配合的，设备方应无偿提供技术服务,如因设备方制造缺陷所引起的问题，设备方应及时解决，甚至调换。Duringinstallationwork,thesellershouldprovidetechnicalassistancefreeofchargewhennecessary.Itwillbethesellersfaultifthereareanydefectsfound.Thesellershouldmodifyitintimeorreplacethedefectiveproductswhennecessary.4.5 产品保修期为甲方交船日起十八个月。未尽事宜，双方协商解决。Mattersnotcoveredaboveshouldbecompromisesettlementamongallparties.签署部分（略）
