1、专业好文档开设恩平电大特差生专项教育课方案 你们好，为了进一步搞好学生德育工作，有力支持班主任和课任教师的工作，缓和班主任和课任教师的工作压力和强度，政教部门同志（梁校、吴龙占主任、冯健副主任）经内部交流，并听取教务处及部分班主任、课任老师的意见后，拟本学期尝试开设特差生专项教育课。开设源由：与班主任及课任老师做交流，他们提出能不能对一些表现极差的学生进行专项教育，每天抽一定时间由政教处组织专人进行上课，这些差生平时班主任和课任老师都搞不掂，在课堂上即影响教学，也严重影响老师的心情，部分差生长期搞得班主任和课任老师头痛。由政教处冯健老师对特差生进行定期的专项教育，相信对转化学生比由班主任更有效
2、果。对于上述班主任和课任老师的意见，冯健老师表示没意见，可以接受，一来差生的思想教育冯健老师还是比较擅长，二来有利于加强政教处和班主任及课任老师的配合，有重点的有针对性对表现极差的学生进行教育。如果本学期试验效果良好，建议下学期冯健老师不再担任专业课程，专职开展全校特差生专项教育课，且按一门课程来计算，同时因为不再担任专业课程，冯健老师也可在其它时间可以及时处理班主任和课任老师上报的学生不服管理，顶撞老师的突发事件及个别差生的谈心教育。课程设想：全校特差生专项教育课具体措施如下：1、参加特差生专项教育课的学生对象，由全日制班主任综合课任教师及导师的意见各班上报12人，基本上为班主任、导师长期教
3、育后依然无法扭转的学生，特别是不服管理、嚣张、屡教不改的学生。由班主任填写恩平电大特差生专项教育申请表后，经政教处调查同意后，以书面形式后进生专项教育家长意见书通报家长并征得家长同意后实行。家长知情并同意的方式可让家长了解到恩平电大除了班主任、导师的思想教育外，学校还有专项思想教育及专项教育的形式。即避免军训或爱校劳动中家长投诉我们变相体罚，也有利于增进家长对学校的好感。通过一定时间的专项教育有明显好转的学生将不再参加学校组织的专项思想教育课。2、专门空出一个电教室为冯健老师星期三、星期四、星期五早上12节做为特差生专项教育的教室。因为思想教育课除了面授外，多媒体的教育手段也是必不可少的工具。
4、3、特差生专项教育课的形式。教育课的形式拟采取多样化进行，面授，多媒体，军训、爱校劳动等多种方式。通过上述多种方式，全面教育学生，让特差生在“学生日常行为规范”，“吃苦耐劳”、“服从管理”等方面得到全面的教育。4、为防止班主任有依赖性，平时不加强教育，依赖政教处，要求每周班主任要综合课任教师和导师的意见，将需要参加专项教育的学生的情况以书面的方式特差生每周情况上报表上报其上周的综合表现，包括考勤、课堂纪律等表现，特别是学生是否存在进步。以此促进班主任和课任教师及政教处的交流，也有利于班主任、导师全面了解学生的成长，同时方便政教处有针对性的对学生进行教育。凡没有上报学生综合表现的班级，相应班级的
5、学生通知班主任带回自行教育。5、拟定在每周星期三、星期四、星期五早上12节进行特差生专项教育课。星期一班会课由班主任教育，星期二冯健老师要担任行政值日。学生迟到、旷课基本上早上为主，通过早上12节可以及时点名促进其改变迟到旷课的问题。6、上课老师：政教处冯健老师，其连续担任全日制班主任工作16年，政教工作5年，对特差生的教育和管理在能力、方法、手段、威信上比电大其它教师更适合。 政教处 2012.2.19附件：1、恩平电大特差生专项教育申请表2、后进生专项教育家长意见书3、特差生每周情况上报表Winger Tuivasa-Sheck, who scored two tries in the K
