1、 “金龙贺岁 团结奋进” 2012MLF迎春晚会策划案晚会目的：为了加强企业员工的凝聚力，丰富企业文化生活；表达企业对员工节日的关怀与问候，使员工开开心心、快快乐乐过好春节。加强合作商家的合作关系，促进良好的共同协作关系。加强与行业主管部门、媒体单位的情感联络。二、活动时间：1月8日三、活动地点：四、活动形式：领导致辞，嘉宾致辞，才艺表演，游戏相连贯。五、拟邀人员：美立方全体员工及家属美立方工程部所有项目经理香槟广场物管中心领导美立方合作材料商美立方合作媒体主要负责人行业主管单位主要领导六、年会前期准备：1、撰写活动策划方案2、年会平面设计（活动开展的前期氛围熏染，可与年会通知同时使用）、活动
2、背景PPT制作3、相关物品（活动礼物、游戏道具、场地布置材料）4、嘉宾与合作商邀请函或邀请短信（电话）发放5、场地联系与使用情况确定6、工作人员确定：晚会主持人：摄像师：晚会导演：晚会现场维持：奖品控制协调和发放： 舞台、场地设计： （色调主要以红色、金色为主，突出节日喜庆气氛）。舞台灯光、音响布置：晚会场所布置： 晚会现场协助人员：游戏道具： 晚会现场后勤人员： 晚会用果盘，后勤人员。七、晚会内容：（活动分为三大部分）第一章节：回顾2011 玉兔报喜讯第二章节：最可爱的美立方人第三章节：龙腾虎跃2012八、节目：（一）年会节目要求： 节目要求健康、欢快的小品、歌舞、相声，表演形式不限1、歌曲
3、类：（1）喜庆、祥和、热烈的歌曲；（2）青春、阳光、健康、向上；（3）与以上主题相关的原创歌曲。2、舞蹈类：（1）积极向上、寓意深刻的艺术性舞蹈；（2）具有高科技时代气息的创意性舞蹈。（3）喜闻乐见的街舞、现代舞、健美操、武术等；（4）相关歌曲的伴舞。3、曲艺类：（1）喜庆、热闹反映生活的的相声、小品；（2）经典的传统曲艺类节目（戏曲、话剧、评书等）；（3）其它类型的曲艺节目（乐器类）。4、每个部门1个节目（邀请项目经理踊跃参加），提倡跨部门组合报名。（二）节目事项：1、要求每个部门必须参与，否则对部门负责人处罚500元。节目可以自请外援。2、节目所涉及的服装或道具如需要租赁，所产生的租赁费由
4、公司报销。3、每个部门务必在12月22日前将演出节目名、演员名单等上报公司行政部，并于演出前自行准备好相关音乐及视频资料提交行政部。（三）节目的评选及奖励办法： 晚会前发放晚会流程表及节目单，在晚会节目演出完毕时，回收由所有观众评选出的节目，根据所选票数多少获取相应奖励。 一等奖：1名 奖600元 二等奖：2名 将300元 三等奖：3名 奖200元最佳表演奖：奖600元最佳造型奖：奖600元最佳主持奖：奖600元 所有参演者均奖食用油一瓶九、会场布置：会场外：1、宾馆入口处挂美立方装饰新春晚会横幅；2、宾馆内放置晚会位置指示牌；3、举办地大厅立放美立方企业形象墙、设置接待台会场内方案：1、舞台
