25、rther and wider to the large Singaporeanpublic housing market.This program allows private developers tocollaborate with HDB to broaden the markets options and meettheir growing needs.DBSS homes are offered for sale under similar eligibility rules as newHDB(Housing&Development Board)homes.These condi

26、tionsinclude citizenship,age,family nucleus,income ceiling and past orcurrent ownership in other public or private property.First-timebuyers who are eligible receive cash and financing subsidies and areallowed to utilize their pension scheme to assist with their equitypayments.Demand is often based

27、on an individuals timing withrespect to meeting the criteria,and property locations are often drivenby personal circumstances and distance to the MRT.,SingXpress embarked on this venture with success as we won thebid at approximately S$123.9 million for a DBSS project presentlybeing developed on a 1
