1、主于创办XX市XX区年产量2千万块页岩红砖生产线的可行性生分析 根据国务院通知,在全国126个大中城市(其中包括XX市)在内,必须在2004年后禁止生产粘土红砖,其理由是:生产粘土红砖,严重破坏和挖毁农田,废渣废气排放量过大,严重影响大自然的生态平衡,对环保造成不良影响。第一章 总论第一节 概述近年来,随着社会经济的发展,建筑行业的需求,我省不少的地区都在利用风化页岩石制作页岩红砖,产品成了抢手的热门货。其主要特点,利用风化石生产出制品,具有抗折、抗拉、抗压、强度高,损耗小,外观各面光滑平整,体积轻,产品的成品及一等品率高,尤其对环境保护具有无任何废渣排放等优点。因此该产品是高层建筑的首选材料

2、,各地正在大力推广生产使用。为此我们实地考察了我省衡阳地区、外省的广东高州市、广西的桂平市等生产厂家,同时也填补了XX市空白。第二节 创办的依据和原则 1、生产风化石红砖在我市还是第一家,具有市场前景广阔的特点,风化石红砖它可取代高层建筑用的水泥砖,不会出现滞销现象。 2、我社区具有得天独厚的风化页岩资源,蕴藏量大,资源丰富。据地质部门预;则,如按年产2千万块成品砖计算,至少能生产20年。 3、有技术依托,我社区的(白洲砖厂)已有建厂22年的生产、技术、管理水平等实践经验。 4、社会效益和经济效益,创办页岩红砖生产线,能缓解市场的供求矛盾,特别对我社区的经济发展起着振兴作用,如按年产2千万块红

3、砖计算,每年可为国家创税10万元以上,也可解决社会的部分剩余劳力。 5、创办页岩红砖生产线对大自然的生态平衡、环境污染等毫无影响,同时又符合国家提倡开发的三大资源项目之一,全国务大城市正;在普及推广。第三节 筹建规模结合我地区的实际情况,凡属粘土砖生产都是靠天吃饭,尤其是冬春两季不能生产,靠自然干燥,干燥周期长,效益低,不能适应市场发展的需要,为了达到提高经济效益, 引进外地的先进技术和先进设备,将提高产品质量,从而达到增产增收的目的。具体计划如下:1、建造一座75米长,年产成品2千万块以上(实行双火头焙烧)的轮窑一座。2、引进较先进的4040型的双级真空挤出机1台套设备,台时产量为1.2万块

6、碎人工投料内燃掺配双轴搅拌双级真空挤压切条切坯切条切坯分坏码坯人工干燥室烘干码窑焙烧出窑成品堆码销售。二、其特点1、投资生产规模大,设备先进,产品质量平稳,产量高,台时产是可达1.5万块时。 2、设备先进,通过双级真空挤压成型的砖坯含水量低,密实度高,可达到高强度产品。3、可充分利用轮窑余热进行烘干,宿短干燥周期可提高产量, 同时消耗低可达到提高经济效益的目的。第三章 环境保护 一、兴建页岩红砖厂,不影响大自然的生态平衡及农业生产, 因风化页耕作农作物,页岩石分在乡村山头,故不影响耕作面积。 二、焙烧采用较先进的轮窑,能耗低,烟气循环排放污染极小,废渣处理又可制砖。第四章 经济效益分析一、成本

7、分配1、料班生产工资 80元2、制坯工资 70元3、码窑工资 65元4、卸窑工资 70元5、机修工资 16元6、焙烧工资 18元7、电费 150元8、内外燃料 350万元9、其他 100万元合计 919万元二、利润分析 根据我地市场行情,平均每万块砖按1 350元销售价,如果年产量达到2搏千万块成品砖出售,可午获得80万元左右。第五章 综合经济评价 一、社会效益:该厂建成投产后,即填补了XX地区生产风化页岩砖的空白,能缓解市场供求矛盾,调节了当地产业结构,解决了部分劳力就业。二、经济效益:可为国家创税,同时本地的资源也得到了有利地开发。XX区居委会二00三年四月二日Editors note:

12、ack of) air up there Watch man jump from 96,000 feet Tuesday, I sat at work glued to the live stream of the Red Bull Stratos Mission. I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds, knowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be

13、 go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at

14、a level I will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped

15、the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumg

16、artner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The b

17、alloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/

18、9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then,

19、 I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep e

20、nd of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air close

21、r to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitu

22、de of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will fre

23、e fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
