1、国产实业（湖南）5000t/d熟料生产线二标段外脚手架搭设施工方案1、工程概况本工程由钢渣库、煤粉制备及计量输送、电气室（立磨方案、含二期工程）、外来熟料输送、中央控制室化验室、原料粉磨及废气处理，原料电气室及熟料线压缩空气店（一）、生料均化库及生料入窑、烧成窑尾及窑尾电气室、烧成窑中及三次风管、烧成窑头及窑头电气室、熟料储存及输送和熟料汽车散装、输料输送、烧成系统回水池及泵房、生产喷水池及泵房、压缩空气店（三）、水塔、发电汽水管线等组成。其中，原料粉磨电收尘（A区）总高度为14.6m，原料粉磨的旋风筒（B区）总高度为31.35m，原料粉磨增湿塔（C区）的总高度为21m，原料粉磨喂料楼（D区）
2、的总高度为35.705m，煤粉制备A区框架总高度为26.5m，窑尾的总高度为8.73m，中央控制室化验室的总高度为13.201m，窑头A区的总高度为16.2m，窑头B区的总高度为10.05m，窑头余热锅炉的总高度为12.5m，熟料储存的总高度为22m，为确保上部结构安全施工，在以上工程均采用双排扣件式钢管落地式外脚手架，并沿全高用密目式安全网进行外封闭。为确保外架施工安全，特编制本施工方案，望各施工作业人员严格遵照执行。2、基础处理本区域均为回填土，因此对外脚手架范围内回填土施工时须严格分层回填，分层碾压，使其密实度达到0.90以上，当回填至-0.300m标高时沿建筑物四周外缘弹出立杆纵距，逐
3、根铺设枕木后再搭设脚手架各杆件。 外脚手架周边须作好排水处理，主厂房外架周边设300mm500mm(长宽)砖砌排水沟(坡度0.5%)，雨水排入厂区雨排水井，然后排入厂区雨水管排走，基础处理详附图3所示。3、脚手架搭设作业3.1、搭设材料及有关参数 脚手架用材为483.5钢管及其配件、竹串片脚手板、密目式安全网，其用量根据现场实际需要及时调入。 脚手架搭设以总高度为35.705m的原料粉磨喂料楼（D区）的外脚手架为计算标准 ，搭设参数为：搭设总高度为出各屋面标高1m为准,立杆横距lb=1.5m，立杆纵距la=1.2m,大横杆步距h=1.8m，连墙件钢管扣件刚性连墙件(其连接大样详附图一中图1)，
4、其横距lw=3.6m, 竖距hw=3.6m(二步三跨设置)。 作业层规定：45m以下采用一层结构架和二层装修架，每作业层采用二道栏杆和一块挡脚板进行围护。 脚手架设计计算书详附录一，脚手架搭设大样详附图一3.2 搭设作业程序 放置纵向扫地杆自角部起依次向两边竖立底(第1根)立杆，底端与纵向扫地杆扣接固定后，装设横向扫地杆并与立杆固定(固定立杆底端前，应吊线确保立杆垂直)，每边竖起34根立杆后，随即装设第一步纵向平杆(与立杆扣接固定)和横向平杆(小横杆、靠近立杆并与纵向平杆扣接固定)，校正立杆垂直和平杆水平使其符合要求后，按4060Nm力矩拧紧扣件螺栓，形成构架的起始段按上述要求依次向前延伸搭设
5、直至第一步架交圈完成。交圈后，再全面检查一遍构架质量和地基情况，严格确保设计要求和构架质量设置连墙件（或抛撑）按第一步架的作业程序和要求搭设第二步、第三步随搭设进程及时装设连墙件和剪刀撑装设作业层横杆铺设脚手板和装设作业层栏杆、挡脚板或围护。3.3、搭设作业注意事项3.3.1严禁48和51钢管及其相应扣件混用。3.3.2底立杆应按立杆接长要求选择不同长度的钢管交错设置，至少应有两种适合的不同长度的钢管作立杆。3.3.3在设置第一排连墙件前，应约每隔6跨设一道抛撑，以确保架子稳定。3.3.4一定要采取先搭设起始段而后向前延伸的方式，当两组作业时，可分别从相对角开始搭设。3.3.5连墙件和剪刀撑应
6、及时设置，不得滞后超过2步。3.3.6在顶排连墙件之上的架高（以纵向平杆计）不得多于2步，否则应每隔6跨加设1道撑拉措施。3.3.7杆件端部伸出扣件之外的长度不得小于100mm。3.3.8剪刀撑的斜杆与其构架杆件之间至少有3道连接，其中，斜杆的对接或搭接接头部位至少有一道连接。3.3.9周边脚手架的纵向平杆必须在角部交圈并与立杆连接固定，因此，东西两面和南北两面的作业层（步）有1交汇搭接固定所形成的小错台，铺板时应处理好交接处的构造，当要求周边铺板高度一致时，角部应增设立杆和纵向平杆（至少3根立杆连接），如附图一中图4所示。3.3.10对接平板脚手板时，对接处的两侧必须设置间横杆。3.3.11
7、作业层的栏杆和挡脚板应设在立杆的内侧，栏杆接长亦应符合对接或搭接相应规定。、4、交底与验收4.1脚手架搭设前，由项目副经理按照施工方案要求，结合施工现场作业条件和队伍情况，做详细的交底，并有专人指挥。4.2脚手架搭设完毕，由项目副经理组织施工、质安和生产技术科有关人员按照施工方案和规范分段进行逐项检查验收，确认符合要求后，方可投入使用。4.3检验标准：（应按照相应规范要求进行）4.3.1钢管立杆纵距偏差为50mm。4.3.2钢管立杆垂直度偏差不大于1/（100H）（H为全高）。4.3.3扣件紧固力矩为：4050Nm,不大于65 Nm。抽查安装数量的5%，扣件不合格数量不多于抽查数量的10%。4
8、.3.4对脚手架检查验收按规范规定进行，凡不符合规定的应即进行整改，对检查结果及整改情况，应按实测数据进行记录，并由检测人员签字。5、安全防（围）护措施5.1作业层距地（楼）面高度2.5m时，在其外侧边缘必须设置挡护高度1.1m的栏杆和挡脚板，且栏杆间的净空高度应0.5m。5.2临边脚手架、架高25m的外脚手架以及在脚手架高空落物影响范围内的同时进行其他施工作业或有行人通过的脚手架，应视需要采用外立面全封闭、半封闭以及搭设通道防护棚等适合的防护措施。封闭围护材料可采用密目安全网、塑料编织布等。5.3架高925m的外脚手架，除执行5.1条规定外，可视需要加设安全立网维护。5.4挑脚手架的外侧面应
9、采用立网防护。5.5架高9m，未作外侧面封闭、半封闭或立网封护的脚手架，应按以下规定设置首层安全（平）网和层间（平）网：5.5.1首层网应距地面4.17m设置，悬出宽度应3.0m。5.5.2层间网自首层网每隔3层设一道，悬出高度应3.0m。5.6上下脚手架的梯道、坡道、栈桥、斜梯、爬梯等均应设置扶手、栏杆或其它安全（防护）措施并清除通道中的障碍，确保人员上、下的安全。5.7脚手架上作业人员必须佩戴好安全“三宝”。6、脚手架的使用： 6.1 作业层上每1m2,架面上实际的施工载荷不得超以下规定：施工荷载（作业层上人员、材料和机具重量）的标准值，钢筋脚手架为3KN/ m2，装修脚手架取2KN/ m
10、2。6.2 在架板上堆放的标准砖不得多于单排立码3层；砂浆容器不得大于150KG。6.3 在架面上堆放的材料应码放整齐稳固，不得影响施工操作和人员通行。6.4 作业人员在架上的最大作业高度应以可以进行正常操作为度，禁止在架板上增加垫器物来增加操作高度。6.5 在作业过程中，禁止随意拆除脚手架的基本构架杆件、整体性杆件、连接紧固件和连墙件。因操作需要临时拆除时，必须经主管人同意。6.6工人在架上作业中，应注意自我保护及他人的安全，避免发生碰撞、闪失和落物。严禁在架上嬉闹和坐在栏杆上等不安全处休息。6.7 人员上下脚手架必须走安全防护通道，严禁攀缘脚手架上下。6.8 每班作业人员上架作业时，应先检
11、查有无安全作业的问题存在，在排除和检查后才能开始进行作业。在作业中发现有不安全的情况和迹象时，应立即停止作业进行检查，解决后才能恢复正常作业。发现有异常和危险情况时，应立即通知架上所有人员进行撤离。6.9在每步架作业完成后，每日收工前清理架面，将架上的物品堆放整齐，垃圾清运出去；在作业期间应及时清理安全网上的材料及物品。在任何情况下，严禁自架上向下抛掷材料物品和倾倒垃圾。8、外脚手架的注意事项脚手架的验收和日常检查按以下规定进行，检查合格后，才允许投入继续使用； 7.1 脚手搭设完毕后； 7.2 连续使用达6个月； 7.3 施工途中停止使用超过15天，在重新使用之前； 7.4 在遭受暴风、大雨
12、、大雪等强力因素后； 7.5 在使用的过程中，发现有明确变形、沉降、拆除杆件和拉接以及安全隐患存在时的情况。7、脚手架的拆除： 脚手架的拆除应按拆除程序进行。连墙件应在位于其它上的全部可拆杆件拆除后才能进行拆除。在拆除过程中，凡有松开连接的杆件应及时拆除运走。避免误扶和误靠已松开连接的杆件。拆除的杆件应以安全的方式吊下，严禁向下抛掷。在拆除过程中，应作好配合、协调动作，禁止单人进行拆除较重的杆件等危险性的作业。附录一 国产实业（湖南）5000t/d熟料生产线二标段落地式外脚手架搭设设计计算书1、搭设参数 搭设高度为40m,外侧立面用密目式安全网全封闭，用于结构作业时为一层作业（即n1=1）,用
13、于装修作业时为2层同时作业（即n1=2），所在地基本风压值w0=0.35KN/m2。 脚手架的设计参数为：立杆横距lb=1.5m，立杆纵距la=1.2m,大横杆步距h=1.8m，连墙件钢管扣件刚性连墙件，其横距lw=3.6m, 竖距hw=3.6m(二步三跨设置)。 其它计算参数为：立杆截面积A489mm2；立杆的截面抵抗矩W（5.08103）mm3；立杆回转半径I=15.8mm；挡风面积An=1.81.2=2.16m2；相应的迎风面积Aw=1.81.2=2.16m2；钢材抗压强度设计值fc=0.205KN/mm2。2、荷载计算2.1恒荷载标准值GkGk=Hi(gk1+gk3)+n1lagk2由
14、表57（见施工手册第三版）查得gk10.0102 KN/m，由表514查得：gk20.4112KN/m；由表515查得gk30.0614 KN/m，则有：a、当取Hi50m用于结构作业时，Gk40（0.0102+0.0614）+1.20.41123.56KN用于装修作业时，Gk40（0.0102+0.0614）+21.20.41123.85 KNb、当取Hi25m用于结构作业时，Gk2.28 KN用于装修作业时，Gk2.78 KN2.2、活载（作业层施工荷载）的标准值QkQkn1laqk由表516查得qk1.8 KN/m（结构作业时）和qk1.8 KN/m（装 修作业时），则有：用于结构作业时
