12、u, Philippines 4、工程安装范围： Scope of Project Installation 1130T/H高温高压循环流化床锅炉+120MW高温高压汽轮发电机组本体及其辅助设备；厂区内汽水系统、烟风系统、除灰、除渣、输煤、化学水处理、循环水系统、消防水系统等工艺管道；厂区内设备及系统防腐、油漆、保温；厂区内电气设备；热控设备等安装、调试。1130T/H high temperature and high pressure CFB boiler + 20MW high temperature and high pressure turbine generator unit an

15、ture1、 设计特点：Characteristic of design (1) 由于本工程涉及机务、电气、自动控制、化水、煤运、水工等系统，设计交叉节点多，设计可能出现遗漏、偏差、不全等问题。This project involves systems of engineering, electrical, automatic control, chemical water, coal handing, water engineering, etc. so there are much more cross-nodes in the design, and omissions, deviati
16、ons, failure and other problems that may arise.(2) 本工程有可能会设计图纸不能及时提供，由此可能对工程施工造成延误，对此应做好思想准备。The design drawings may not supplied to this project in time during the construction, therefore, the relevant parties shall be mentally prepared for the construction delay caused by provison of design drawin
17、gs. 2、 地质特点：Geology characteristic该地区气温较高，气候潮湿、降水量相对较多。The temperature is high, climate is humid, and precipitation is relatively high in this area. 3、 主要设备：Major equipment (1) 本工程为机电设备安装工程。 This project is kind of installation engineering for mechanical and electrical equipment. (2) 锅炉为 1台130t/h高温高
18、压循环流化床燃煤锅炉。One set of 130t/h high temperature and high pressure circulating fuild bed coal fired boiler for boiler installation 汽轮机为1台20MW高温高压纯凝式汽轮发电机。One set of 20MW high temperature and high pressure condensing turbo-generator for turbine installation 发电机为1台20MW发电机。One set of 20MW generator for ge
19、nerator installation 4、 工程特点：project feature (1) 质量要求高，本工程为特种设备安装工程，涉及锅炉、管道、压力容器以及电力设施。Requirements of quality is high, the project is a kind of installation project for special equipment involving boilers, pipes , pressure vessels , and power facilities .（2）由于本工程与土建工程同时展开，故交叉作业多；本工程中施工人员及机械装备投入多、专业
20、交叉多，施工中必须采用一定的隔离及协调措施，做到有利有序，确保全面顺利展开。Because this project and civil engineering will be in progress simultaneously, the cross operation is more; personnel and mechanical equipment for construction will be ploughed into this project much more, professional cross operation is more, certain isolation
21、and coordination measures shall be adopt during the construction, favorable and orderly work shall be done to ensure comprehensive and smoothly execution of project.（3）本工程在锅炉安装时高空作业多，应充分考虑施工期间的高空作业安全工作。Work high above the ground is more when boiler is stalled Din this project, safety measures for wo
22、rking high above the ground shall be taken adequately during the construction. （4）大件吊装多，安装高度较高，具有一定的难度。Lifting for large equipment is more, and its height of installation for them is higher, there are a certain degree of difficulties.（5）本工程部分施工在雨季，施工时应注意做好防雨措施。Part of construction of project will be
23、 carried out during the rainy season, rain-proof measures shall be taken during the construction. 第三节 工程实施条件Section 3 conditions of implement of project（1） 项目位于：Project is located in （2） 施工现场用水、用电均由业主接至施工区域， 三通一平条件基本具备。Water and electricity shall be provided by owner on construction site. 24、lies and one leveling; supply of water, electricity and road and leveled ground (conditions ready for further economic development)（3） 为保证正常施工，开工后我方在施工区自行布管、布线。To ensure consutruction smoothly, our company will decorate the pipes and wirings by ourselves on the construction area after the commenceme
25、nt of construction. （4） 施工中临建设施予以综合考虑。Temproray facilities shall be considered comprehensively during the construction. （5） 在施工过程中，应注意保护环境，做好卫生工作。During the construction, shall pay attention to protect environment and cleaning works shall be done well. 第二章 施工部署及平面布置Chapter 2 Construction deployment
