My father has short hair. (二)能力目标能结合情境,运用所学语言知识来介绍或描述人物的外貌特征。(三)情感目标培养热爱家庭、热爱生活的美好情感。二、教学重难点(一)教学重点1

2、. 能听懂、会说、认读单词: parent, tall, strong,long, short, has并能结合情境灵活运用。2. 能听懂、会说、认读句子:Hes tall and strong. My father has short hair. 并能在情境中,运用此类句型来介绍或描述家人或他人的外貌特征。(二)教学难点 单词parents 的正确发音及has的理解及运用。五、教学准备PPT、单词卡、头饰、贴画、练习题六、Steps.(教学过程)(一)Warm-up1Greetings.2. Play game. (Touch your body.)T says “touch your no

3、se/eyes/ears/face/hair”. Ss say” nose/eyes/ears/face/hair”. (学习单词hair)(二)Presentation.1. 导入1). Touch my hair , show the phrase ”long hair” and learn.Touch a boys hair, show the phrase “short hair” and learn.2).Say sentences then describe the classmates. Ms Ji has long hair. She has long hair. He has

4、 short hair.学生通过has short hair. has long hair. 句型谈论班上的同学,进一步巩固运用has,掌握单词的运用。2. 课文呈现(课件) 介绍题目内容,让学生读出句子,教师板书。1).(课件)介绍课文背景At the airport, Tom , Danny, Li Ming and his father are waiting for Toms parents. T: Do you know “parents”? Father and mother are parents.学习单词“parents”。“出示parent(s),让学生猜想parents的意

5、思,播放发音学习单词parent(s)。此单词为双音节词,学生在跟读时可能有一定的困难,教师可以按音节将单词进行拆分教学,如先教pa的发音/ /,然后再教 parent / /的发音,这样以来学生就不难读准该单词。之后,教师还要用英语向学生讲解:Parent is father or mother. Parents are father and mother.使学生更清楚地理解单词parent与parents的意思、区别及用法。2). Listen then answer. (课件)T:“Do you want to know Toms parents? Lets listen. ”播放本课的

6、教学光盘,学生整体感知课文内容。课件分次出示课文中前三幅画的人物,提出简单问题“Is that Toms father? Is that Toms mother?”学生回答“No!”3). Listen again then describe. T: Then whats Toms parents like? Lets listen again.T: Who can describe Toms father? S1: Toms father is . S2: Toms father has . T: Please describe Toms mother. Ss: Toms mother ha

7、s .(课件)T: Look, Toms parents are coming.再次播放教学光盘,让学生通过老师的提示,对Tom父母进行描述,并让学生理解Toms parents are coming .的意思。学习单词tall, strong。在认读该单词时,教师可以带领学生边说边做动作,如将双臂在胸前弯曲,做以展示肌肉状,使学生加深对strong 一词的汉语意思理解与记忆。之后引导学生用所学的单词描述班内同学的身体特征。(三)Practice(巩固练习)1.组内分角色练习朗读课文,教师巡视指导。做角色配音练习,最后再找几组学生上台表演,教师及时鼓励评价。2.听录音,做选择练习。3.通过Le

8、ts chant.巩固本节课四会单词和重点句型。 Tall, tall, tall, he is tall. Strong, strong, strong, he is strong. Long hair, long hair, she has long hair.待添加的隐藏文字内容2 Short hair, short hair, he has short hair.通过Chant既活跃了课堂气氛,又巩固了重要单词、句型。(四)Production(运用活动)1.Lets guess.课件出示已遮挡的照片一张,教师运用所学,描述班内某个同学的外貌特征,其他同学根据描述述猜出该同学。2. He/She is .He/She has hair.He/She has eyes.He likes .3.播放班级照片,描述我们有个班级大家庭,还有一个温暖的家(家庭)。后播放中央电视台公益广告“家”, 培养学生热爱家庭、热爱生活、热爱班级的美好情感。同时要求学生回家后要对家长说“Father and mother , I love you.”(五)Summary(课堂小结)学生总结学会了哪些单词、句型。教师小结(六)Homework(课后作业)1、听课录音,模仿跟读课文。2、描述家人的外貌特征。板书设计Unit 6 FamilyLesson 1 My father has short hair.He has short hair.She has long hair.
