1、Main Craft of Control Wiring控制电缆接线关键工艺a. Cable fixing 电缆固定Rightapproach: 1、Fixed solidly2、In alignment，no cross正确：1、施放后电缆固定牢固。2、排列整齐,不得交叉。b. Cable Skinning 电缆剥皮Rightapproach: 1、Pay attention to the strength, cable knife should not completely broken skin2、Do not break the shielding layer正确：1、电缆外皮绝缘剥离
2、应注意掌握剥线时的力度，电缆刀应以不完全滑破外皮为好。2、划开后由电缆端部剥开，不要划伤屏蔽层。c. Skin cleansing 外皮清理Rightapproach: 1、Strip off2、Shielded wire正确：1、将剥开电缆的外皮和内部线芯的包裹层剥开。2、屏蔽线留好。d. Straighten the single core wire 单芯线拉直Rightapproach: 1、Pay attention to the strength2、Use nylon cable tie to bind every 150 mm 正确：1、电缆线芯应在接线前对电缆单股线芯拉直，拉线时
3、应掌握好力度，标准是线芯发生变形稳准。2、拉直后的电缆应自下至上每隔150mm用尼龙扎带绑扎。e. Shielding wire制作屏蔽线Rightapproach: 1、Divided the shielding wire into three shares and make small plait正确：1、将屏蔽线分成三股编成小辫子状。f. 4、at shrink tubing 正确：1、电缆头制作前，先用同一颜色塑料带缠绕包裹与电缆等粗。2、再用长80mm的热缩管上露30mm下露50mm，端面对齐进行热缩成型。g、Cable tag电缆标牌Rightapproach: 1、The cable terminals should be the same height, each cable tag should be clear.2、The tag should be fixed firmly and in alignment 正确：1、电缆头高度要一致，每个电缆的电缆牌要标识清楚，走向准确。2、标识牌固定牢固，排列整齐。h、wire
5、stripping剥线Rightapproach: 1、Use wire stripper.2、The length of the stripped wire should meet when it can be just fully put into the terminal blocks3、Use wire crimpers 正确：1、电缆线芯剥线应使用专用的剥线钳，不得使用尖嘴钳和斜口钳，防止由于力度掌握不好造成的线芯损坏。2、剥出的线头以完全压入端子为宜。3、多股软导线端部处理采用压接接线的方式时，应采用专用的压线钳，不得采用尖嘴钳等其他工具，重要信号压接后还需要烫锡处理。i、Terminal blocks 接线端子
