3、东侧,符合威县长远建设规划,而且厂址建设条件较好,建设物布局合理。4、项目建成投产后,对环境不会产生影响。5、企业内设机构合理,劳动用工安排得当。6、固定资产投资合理,方案恰当。7、经济效益明显,社会效益显著,该项目对威县的经济发展 将起到积极地促进作用。第二章 项目建设的必要性和有利条件威县地处河北省东南部黑龙港地区,土地肥沃,光照充足,水昨灌溉条件好,气候适于蔬菜种植、生产,特别是近年来,蔬菜生产成为威县农业生产的第二大支柱。2007年蔬菜种植面积可达5万亩,预计产量20万吨。为充分利用本地的丰富资源和本厂资源,增加经济效益,更好地促进龙头产业的发展,威县蓝天冷冻厂,由单纯的棉花经营转向棉
4、花、蔬菜一体经营的多元化企业,这对我县经济将起到一定的促进作用。第三章 原辅材料供应与保障一、原材料供应该项目所需原材料为当地农产品蔬菜和林果,项目所在县的高公庄乡是全县的蔬菜种植中心,已辐射周边十多个乡镇,年产蔬菜18至22万吨,原料丰富,供应有保证,可在厂内收购,减少费用,提高效益。二、市场需求与产品销售预测蔬菜是每个人,每个家庭日常生活不可或缺的食品,市场广阔,项目产品在当地即可销售。第四章 产品方案及平面图设计一、产品方案1、生产规模:根据拟订的库容工能力及原材料供应,产品销售等方面因素,确定年储藏12000吨。2、产品执行国际质量标准,确保人民群众身心健康。二、平面图设计1、平面图布
5、置原则:该项目按照生产中各道工序,既能便于连接操作运行,又能满足生产要求来安排所需各种建筑物,切实做到了布局合理。2、建筑物结构:某库采用砖混双层隔热墙体,双层隔热现浇顶结构,生产车间、仓库、宿办都采用砖混结构,上下两道圈梁,竖钢筋构造立柱,外墙水泥抹面压光,内墙白灰照面,地面加厚水泥面,门窗采用木制或铝制门窗口、扇。3、场院路面采用水泥路面。4、供电设备:变压器、配电室安排在产区一角。远离生产区域,变压器两台。5、生产、生产及消防用已有井一眼,水塔一座,铺设消防生产专用输水管路,按规定留出消防用水出口等。6、改建工期自2007年2月至2008年12月。第五章 管理办法及劳动定员一、管理办法为
6、了使项目保质保量顺利进行,项目在建设过程中实施项目法人责任制、监理制、招投标制、资本制、审计制。二、组织机构项目实施董事会领导下的总经理负责制公司组织机构如下:董事长总经理副总经理副总经理副总经理办公室保卫科质检科设备科后勤部财务科供应科三、劳动定员根据设备生产各道工序实际用工,配置生产工人和技术人员,全厂暂定用工50人,其中生产工人 40人,管理人员10人,所用人员均通过学习培训,考核择优录用。第六章 投资估算及资金筹措一、投资估算1、土地投资352万元;2、土建投资966万元;、某库3021.94,560万元、车间2236.4,225万元;、仓库1370.29,120万元;、宿办室1653
7、.69平方米45万元;、餐厅340.2,11万元、围墙等5万元。3、设备投资50万元。制冷设备四套50万元。4、流动资金232万元。二、资金筹措 此项目投资1600万元,自筹解决550万元,向银行贷款200万元。其他融资850万元。第七章 主要设备与工艺1、设备:设备拟选用全自动温控调节技术,制冷设备采用氨冷冻技术8ASJ17系列,共四套制冷设备。2、生产工艺:恒 温 调 节装 库挑 拣收 购销 售出 库待添加的隐藏文字内容2第八章 环境保护蔬菜在加工储藏过程中,排放的主要污染物为机械噪音。不会对周围环境造成影响。综合以上分析,该项目切实可行,望各级领导大力支持,尽快批准实施。第九章 经济效益

12、d my childhood dreams to reach for the stars.As a meteorologist, Ive still seen many important weather and space events, but right now, if you were sitting next to me, youd hear my foot tapping rapidly under my desk. Im anxious for the next one: a space capsule hanging from a crane in the New Mexico
13、 desert.Its like the set for a George Lucas movie floating to the edge of space.You and I will have the chance to watch a man take a leap into an unimaginable free fall from the edge of space - live.The (lack of) air up there Watch man jump from 96,000 feet Tuesday, I sat at work glued to the live s
14、tream of the Red Bull Stratos Mission. I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds, knowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a phot
15、ographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of sw
16、irling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each t
17、wist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as
18、Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposp
19、here) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropop
20、ause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.B
21、elow, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jump
22、When he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out
23、 of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have
24、 to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to wo
25、rk higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
