1、脱水蔬菜加工项目可行性报告一、项目概要1、项目内容;蔬菜脱水加工、销售2、承办单位:四川省仁寿兴隆食品有限公司3、项目选址:仁寿县满井镇4、项目负责人:朱文才5、投资构成:流动资金250万元、固定投资:302万元。二、项目背景 脱水蔬菜以能保持原有的色泽、味道及营养,且加工后体积小,重量轻,便于运输、便于储存、食用方便等特点。随着人们生活水平的提高、生活节奏的加快,逐渐趋向多元化、方便、简单、省时的方向发展,脱水蔬菜迎合这一要求,越来越受消费者青睐,特别是一些较发达国家和地区,需求量尤为可观,脱水蔬菜在国内、国际都有广泛的市场。 近几年来,在我国各地较发达地区也发展了十几家生产厂家,但相当一部

2、分厂家由于地理不占优势,当地不能解决原材料,劳动力数量太高等因素,导致生产厂家原材料不足,产品质量不稳定,极大地影响了工厂产量和效益。为此,选择一个气候适宜、土地资源丰富,可做到就地种植,就地加工,充分利用当地土地资源及劳动力资源,建立脱水蔬菜加工项目是一个既有很好的经济效益,又有广泛的社会效益的理想项目。三、项目的选址 本项目选址于仁寿县满井镇,该镇土地资源丰富、土质肥沃,有着良好的农业种植经验,农业人口密集,加上该地气候适宜,全年雨量适中,是种植加工蔬菜的理想之地。 该地交通四通八达,运输十分方便,产品外运离省城成都100公里。原料运输更是方便,以该镇为中心,方圆30公里内均可种植,既可以

3、保证原料的新鲜,以提高产品的质量,又减少原料运输开支,降低成本;使产品在国内外市场上具有有力的竞争力。综上所述,在此地发展该项目具有极佳的原料、区位、劳动力等优势。四、生产能力及产品 生产能力:各种脱水蔬菜800吨。 生产品种:根据市场需求及当地实际情况,以生产莲花白(又名高丽菜、包菜)为主。 季节可调整生产:小葱、大蒜、生姜、胡萝卜、青梗菜等产品。五、生产工艺 原料种植验收称重摘除老叶消毒清洗切根去心自动高压冲洗切形风力选别烫漂冷却调理烘烤化验分检筛选打包出厂。六、效益分析 l、社会效益 根据调查,仁寿境内的水土及气候适合莲花白的种植,该品种产量高,好管理,亩产可达35吨(单季产量),年可以

4、种植3季,以最低产量计算,按现行价0.25元/公斤计,每亩每季可收入1000元以上。该项目上马后按年产800吨成品计算,带鲜菜12000吨,单就原料种植可收入400万元,可发展利用土地 30005000亩,并可解决当地劳动力150人就业,在生产脱水菜的同时,下脚料可充分利用,带动当地养殖业的发展。2、经济效益分析 工厂成本7360元/吨,加上以下费用(生产1吨成品计) (l)工人工资:15112元吨 计1812元 (2)折旧:10447万元800 计 357元 (3)管理费用:(2) 计340元 (4)资金利息:(447万元+200万元)121000吨=621元 (5)销售费用: 计 750元

5、 (6)不可预见费用: 计400元总计:11885.40元3、经济效益测算 销售价成本税 根据现行市场价:外销17000元/吨、内销11000元/吨,减去成本及税收,吨净利可达到1250元/吨,年利可达到100万元左右。七、脱水蔬菜项目投产后,原料能满足生产,将产生明显的经济效益,预计三年内可收回全部投资,特别是该项目的社会效益较突出,为调整农业产业结构,带动种植的发展,致富农民,稳定社会,将起到不可估量的作用;该项目是一个切实可行的理想项目。 目前我公司正改变经营方式,加大规模生产,开拓更广的市场,并努力“争取进出口权”,将我公司的产品推向国际!Editors note: Judson Jo

I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds, knowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would

11、be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, a

However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scrape

13、d the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Bau

14、mgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The

15、 balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 mile

16、s/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.The

17、n, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep

18、 end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air clo

19、ser to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an alti

20、tude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will f

21、ree fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
