30、睫的任务。尤其是在今天以单片机为基础的智能控制技术盛行的时代,建立属于自己的实用性控制系统具有深远的意义所以做好这个课题对以后更加充分了解单片机有很大帮助。 所谓智能监控技术是指:“自动的分析和处理被监控设备的信息”。如果把监控对象看作人的视野,而智能监控设备就可以看作人的大脑。智能监控借助计算机强大的数据处理能力,对得到信息中的海量数据进行分析,过滤掉一些不相关的信息,仅仅提供一些关键信息。智能监控以数字化、智能化为基础,及时发现系统中的异常情况,并能够以最快和最佳的方式发出警报和提供有用的信息,从而能够更加有效地协助安全人员处理危机,并最大限度地降低危害和损失,这具有很大的实用意义,有些高

31、危作业,或者人工无法完成的作业,都可以利用智能装置来实现,这解决了很多人工无法解决的难题,我想,随着社会发展,智能负载会在社会生活的各个方面发挥重要重用。 以单片机为核心的控制和监控系统,其系统构成、设计思想、设计方法与传统控制系统有根本的区别。在传统的控制或监控系统中,控制或监控参数通过电路、机械装置等直接对被监控参数进行调节与控制,而在单片机为核心的控制系统中,控制参数和被控参数不直接发生变化,而是将控制参数转化为数字信号输入到单片机内,单片机根据其情况向被控对象输出信号进行控制,正如智能负载监控试验,就是利用单片机I/O口输出信号 对继电器进行控制,进而对负载进行控制或监控,因此类似任何

32、一个单片机控制系统的组成结构,一般常化简为输入部分、输出部分和电子控制单元 智能监控系统设计原理功能如下:电源模块是将0220V的交流电压转化为05V的直流低电压,作为各个模块提供正常工作的电压,另外设定了模数转换模块的正常工作极限电压为5V,若输入的电压值大于5V,则其不能正常工作(不过设计为负载提供的电压在05V之间,所以这点不予考虑),同时互感器对被控负载上的电流进行采样,将负载上电流转化为电压信号,然后经过电流电压转换, 并经过桥式整流后转化为稳定的电压值,实现了将负载上的电流值转换为单片机可以处理的05V的电压值,这时D2二极管截止,电源模块只起到供电作用。信号送入模数转换模块,经过

33、量化、编码,将模拟电压值转化为8位数字电压值,反复对模拟电压进行16次AD转换,并将16次所得到数字电压值求和,再求其平均值,将平均值经数据总线送AT89C51的P0口,接受AT89C51的读取,AT89C51将读取的数字信号与软件设置的负载正常工作的基准电压范围VMIN,VMAX比较,若与基准电压范围不相一致,这时P1.0口输出低电平,关闭继电器,切断负载上的断源,停止其采样,同时P1.1口输出高电平,即故障灯亮,P1.3口输出低电平,即正常灯灭。在继电器断开之后约2分钟,AT89C51的P1.0口输出高电平(软件设计),自动闭合继电器,然后对负载上的电流进行定时采样、AD转换,接受AT89

34、C51读取、比较,若一致,这时P1.1口输出低电平,即故障灯灭,同时P1.3口输出高电平,即正常灯亮;若仍然不一致,这时需将手动开关S1掷向“维修”的支路,断开对继电器的控制,调整负载上的电阻值即:对负载进行检测和维修,再关闭S1反复对负载上电流采样,直到正常灯亮,反复进行这个过程,不断对负载进行检测保证负载出现问题及时维修,使其正常工作。 在智能负载监控系统中,利用单片机对负载(电压的过大或过小)的智能检测和控制,是通过控制继电器的通断和互感器的采样来实现的,实际上单片机直接控制的是继电器的工作状态和报警电路的工作状态,该系统所要达到的技术功能概要如下(1)根据负载上电流的变化来控制继电器的

35、工作,控制参数是负载上的电流,被控制参数是继电器开关的通断和发光二极管的状态;(2)设置电流的基准电压范围(负载正常工作的电压范围),由AT89C51芯片的软件部分设计,为比较提供依据;(3)利用单片机控制发光二极管来显示电流变化的状态(正常/故障/维修);具体总结为:互感器对负载上的电流进行采样,电流-电压转换,滤波,稳压,通过模数转换,接受AT89C51芯片的读取,AT89C51将其读到的数据与基准电压比较,若正常,正常灯亮, P.0口输出高电平,继电器闭合,给负载提供电压;否则故障灯亮,P1.0 输出低电平,断开继电器,切断负载上的电压,停止采样.两分钟后闭合继电器,进行定时采样。 系统

36、通过扩展改进,可以用来进行温度报警电路、防盗门报警电路、红绿灯监控、还可以用来监控另外一个系统的工作情况,在智能化高速发展的今天,利用现代化的技术工具,开发一种智能化、功能相对齐全的软件来实现智能化控制的系统,就成为了当前迫在眉睫的任务,建立属于自己的实用性控制系统具有深远的意义。就微控制器在行业中的设计和应用来说,没有哪个行业像智能自动化和控制领域发展得如此迅速。由于中国及亚洲地区主要制造工厂智能自动化程度的提高,新技术提高了效率,对产品成本有重要的影响。尽管集中控制可以改善任何特定制造工艺的整体可视性,但并不适合那些响应和处理延迟所导致故障的一些关键应用。 单片机智能控制技术作为计算机技术的一个重要技术,广泛地应用于工业控制,智能控制,仪表的检测,家用电器,甚至电子玩具等各个领域,它具有体系小,功能多,价格低廉,使用方便,系统设计灵活等优点。因此,越来越受到工程人员的青睐,所以本次毕业设计有很大的现实意义,我对设计各种东西怀有很大兴趣,这次设计给我带来很多基础性的东西,让我从懵懵懂懂到有了一个清晰的思路,以后无论设计什么东西,我都会有一个如何去构思的思想,这一点非常重要,我想这次作业会给我带来很多宝贵的东西。
