Some pay more attention to money which they would get from the job. A high salary is their biggest wish. Others care more about whethe
2、r the job is permanent or not. They hate changing jobs frequently. As far as Im concerned, I would like to become an IT engineer after graduation, because my major is Electronic Engineering. And I like my major very much. Interest is the best motivation. I want to study every subject relevant to my
3、major. And I have achieved very good results in my courses. So I believe after graduation Im sure to become a qualified network engineer. 2. What is your most important consideration when looking for a job? When choosing a job, different people have different considerations and make their choices ac
4、cordingly. In my opinion, the most important thing is to know whether the job is suitable for me or not and whether the company is promising or not. IF the job is not suitable for me, no matter how famous the company is, I wont accept it, because I wont feel comfortable. IF the company is quite prom
5、ising and the job suits me, I wont care much about the companys temporary conditions. In other words, the opportunity for my personal development and professional development offered by the job is much more important than the salary and the present working conditions. 3. What factors influence you m
6、ost in your choice of a job? Aptitude and interest (能力和兴趣) are two very important factors in my choice of job. Aptitude refers to a persons ability to do something. No matter how much you may want to do something, if you lack the necessary aptitude you will never do it well. OF still greater importa
7、nce, however, is interest. It is very difficult to succeed unless you really want to. Without a strong interest in something, the average person usually gives it up. Remember, success requires hard work and perseverance. Without an initial interest in a job, you will probably never see it through (不
8、可能会坚持到底) . 4. Tell me what kind of company appeals to you most while you are hunting for a job? Among all the possible choices, large international enterprises attract me most. They offer high salaries as well as good opportunities. I believe working in international firms is more challenging and ca

I think the ability to make effective communication and to enjoy team work are also key qualities. We should know how to respect
11、 others and care about others. We should be able to communicate in a frank, open and direct way. We should know how to understand others and cooperate with them. 6. Is sociability more important than academic achievements? I dont think so. I think they are at least of equal importance. The academic
12、achievement is the foundation of a persons career. Sociability is just like the engine of promotion.(学业成就是事业的基础，而交接能力是升迁的动力) If you are after a successful career, you need both of them. I should mention that other qualities such as strong will, creativity as well as English and computer skills are a
13、lso very important. 7. Do you think working for a big company is a challenge? Give your reasons. I dont think so. In my opinion, a challenge means that the goal is hard to attain, and you have to face risks and failures, which to some extent encourage you to work harder. While working for a big comp
14、any, you may just be an ordinary employee. You just need to finish the job assigned to you. You may not have the chance to do something challenging. On the contrary, if you work in a small company, you are more likely to be somebody(骨干). Then you may have more chances to do something challenging. So
15、 whether its challenging or not does not lie in where you work. 8. Many young people prefer a white-collar job to a blue-collar one. What is your opinion on this point? Actually, now the concept of white-collar and blue-collar is becoming obscure. Once upon a time people regarded technical workers a
16、s blue-collar, and people working in offices as white-collar. With the development of science and technology, blue-collar also includes some people working in offices, such as computer programmers, because their work is somewhat dull. And white-collar is referred to the managerial people, whose jobs
17、 are to manage. So it doesnt follow (未必)that white-collar jobs are better than blue-collar jobs. Everyone has their own interests, which makes them choose different jobs. Whether white-collar or blue-collar, one should choose their preference. Only in this way can one develop oneself to the fullest
18、and work happily. 9. How would you assess your ability to work with others? I think I could be a good partner to work with. Cooperation is one of the most important factors in group work. NO matter how excellent the individual is, if he or she cant cooperate with others well, nothing could be done.
19、Maybe Im not a really brilliant person, but I know how to collaborate with others, how to help others, and how to make contributions. Because everybody has their own strong points and shortcomings, only when all the peoples strong points are put together can the team work be done well. I think Im quite qualified to do such team work or group work. My personality makes me very easy to get along with, for Im an optimistic and open-minded person. In a word, Im reliable and cooperative and Im good at collaborating with others.
