1、新形势下高校优秀青年教师党员发展工作中的问题与对策摘要：通过分析当前高校优秀青年教师党员发展工作中存在的问题，提出了相应的对策及建议。 关键词：高校;党员发展;问题;对策;青年教师 随着高等教育的快速发展，高校教师队伍的结构发生很大变化，具有硕士、博士学位的青年教师不断增多，青年教师在教学科研骨干、管理骨干、学术带头人、留学归国人员中的青年教师也占有相当大的比例。做好这部分优秀青年教师的党员发展工作，不仅能扩大党的阶级基础和群众基础，还可提高党员队伍的整体素质和战斗力。但受多种因素的影响，这项工作发展滞后，步伐缓慢。 一、高校优秀青年教师党员发展面临的问题 根据调查统计，高校优秀青年教师党员发
