1、法律讲堂成果展示方案一、 法律讲堂开展情况法律讲堂自2011年10月份开展至今以来，我们从刑法、经济法等几个部门法切入，进行了几个专题的讲解与讨论，主要还是刑法专题，也观看了相应的影片，也带领学生去法院等地进行旁听，切身感受法律的威严， 法律讲堂的学生虽然不多， 但是思维都很活跃，上课也很积极，我们经常能从一个话题讨论到另外一个话题上去，课堂氛围很好。二、 展示形式模拟法庭三、 展示目的此次模拟法庭的目的在于检阅第二课堂学生的学习情况，了解法庭中的各种角色以及职责，训练他们的逻辑思维能力，以及学生在法庭中的随机应变能力和快速反应能力。四、 展示流程（一） 分工审判长：郭伟华审判员：杜柔娴人民陪
