The bathrooms must be 4-fixture at minimum 8m net and where

Samples and specifications should be submitted to IHG Desi

Care should be given to the appropriate combination of surface texture, fibre, underlay and installation to match the conditions of the location, e.g. Humidity, insect infestation, direct sunlight, and human comfort level - low static emission, particularly in lobby/elevator lobby

With carpet a 100mm timber skirting is preferred. The skirting shall be a solid c

Vinyl wall materials shall meet all relevant NFPA requirements and Class fire hazard regulations. Caulk vinyl wall

Fire rating for partitions shall be as required by code, but not less than one ho

22、the interior design scheme.为符合室内设计主题，需要考虑在天花/跌级板/吊顶的连接处，采用装饰的或简单的顶角线。(e) Doors and Frames:门和门框 Entry doors shall be minimum 900mm wide by 2.1M high by 45mm thick solid core wood with stain grade or wood grain plastic laminate. Fire rating shall be as required by local code, but no less than 20 minut

Fire rating shall be as required by code, but no less than 45 minutes (each door). Doors shall have a combined STC rating of 50STC. Door frames shall be painte
25、d hollow metal. Frames shall be 18 gauge fully welded or 16 gauge knock-down type. 26、框架。(f) Thresholds:门槛 Provide stone or timber thresholds at guestroom entry doors. Thresholds shall be the full width of the door frame. Carpet-to-carpet thresholds are not acceptable due to the automatic drop the threshold needs a hard surface to achieve the acoustic seal.客房的进户门采用石材或木材门槛。门槛应当与门框同宽。由

Provide a full length framed mirror, minimum 450mm wide by 1.6M high adjacent to the dressing a
