3、置数量：200L/h（二）、设计方案及说明：1、工艺流程图电导检测产品水箱市政供水活性碳过滤器软水器5m过滤器高压泵用水点紫外线消毒设备RO系统精砂过滤器辅助清洗设备2、系统简述本系统是取自市政自来水，经砂滤、碳滤、软化、活性炭滤芯、5m过滤器、RO系统、紫外线消毒、纯水箱等制水工艺流程。设备产水量为200L/h，以满足生产车间工作人员饮用水需要。（1）、预处理 ：过滤、软化（2）、反渗透脱盐 ：RO系统（3）、产品水储存输送：消毒、管网、液位（4）、电空系统：自动/手动原水，含悬浮物及少量有机物、微生物等杂质，通过精砂过滤器或滤芯过滤器可去除大量悬浮物及部分有机物、微生物，保证过滤效果。过滤
4、后出水进入全自动软水器，除去水中的硬度，尤其是Ca2+、Mg2+硬度。防止反渗透膜形成结垢性堵塞。软化水进入活性炭滤芯过滤器，去除有机物和余氯，防止RO膜被氧化或遭受微生物污染，即达到水质预处理目的。预处理出水再经过5m过滤器后，进入反渗透系统。反渗透系统设计采用世界上高脱盐率的反渗透膜（膜脱盐率99），RO系统不仅可去除水中溶解的无机盐，更为重要的是几乎全部去除水中的胶体、有机物、微生物等杂质。RO系统为全自动运行（配备手动操作的功能），由控制系统给出报警指示，在允许的时间内如果故障未能清除，系统自动停机，以免出现不可恢复的损坏或影响后续设备运行及使用。二、配置详细说明：1、原水箱作用：克服
5、供水的不稳定性，保证整个系统的供水稳定连续；同时也给各设备长期性能可靠提供了保障。选型：PE材质水箱。控制：水箱配置高水位浮球阀和低水位液位开关。其具备了可靠性高,价格低廉,结构简单,安装方便等优点。当水位处于高位时，浮球阀关闭，停止进水。水位处于低水位时，高水位浮球阀打开，开始向水箱注水。同时，低水位液位开关断开，增压泵停止工作。2、增压泵作用：给预处理各设备提供必需的工作压力。选型：根据预处理各设备设计压力降（每台过滤设备最大压降0.05Mpa），以及高压泵前压力不能小于0.5Kg/cm2，确定增压泵的工作压力。3、机械过滤器作用：原水首先经过机械过滤器，在过滤器中放置精致石英砂，使原水中
6、的絮凝体、铁锈等悬浮杂质在此过程中被截留。由于机械过滤器在工作中截留了大量的悬浮杂质，为保证过滤器的正常工作，必须对过滤器定期进行冲洗、反冲洗。选型：选用玻璃钢材质容器.控制：机械过滤器的反洗操作采用手工或自动控制器，过滤器应每天进行一次清洗，清洗时间为10-20分钟。4、活性碳过滤器作用：本工艺采用活性碳过滤器，作为反渗透装置的予处理，是非常重要的。反渗透系统要求进水指标SDI5，余氯0.1mg/L。为满足其进水要求，需进一步纯化原水，使之达到反渗透的进水指标。在反渗透装置前设置碳滤器，主要有两个功能：1、吸附水中部分有机物，吸附率为60%左右；2、吸附水中余氯。吸附粒度在10-20埃左右的
7、无机胶体、有机胶体和溶解性有机高分子杂质以及在砂滤器中是难以去除的余氯。活性碳之所以能用来吸附粒度在几十埃左右的活性物，是由于其结构存在大量平均孔径在20-50埃的微孔和粒缝隙，活性碳的这个结构特点，使它的表面吸附面积能够达到500-2000m2/g，由于一般有机物的分子直径略小于20-50埃，因此活性碳对有机物具有很强的吸附作用。此外活性碳具有很强的脱氯能力，由于余氯具有很强的氧化性，余氯和碳起反应，生成二氧化碳和-1价氯离子，因此只是损失了少量的碳，所以活性碳脱氯可以使用相当长的时间。活性碳不仅仅具有以上功能，还能够去除水中的异味、色素，提高水的澄明度，活性碳使用一段时间后，其吸附能力下降
8、，需要进行再生或更换。所以，原水通过碳滤器后，能大大提高水质，减少对反渗透膜的污染，经过处理后的水质都能达到反渗透装置进水水质要求（余氯0.1mg/L）。选型： 选用玻璃钢材质容器，膨胀率40%。控制：活性碳过滤器的控制采用自动控制器，由于活性碳过滤器在工作中吸附了大量的悬浮杂质，为保证系统正常工作，每天必须进行冲洗、反冲洗，冲洗过程由清洗时间为15-30分钟。5、全自动软化水器作用：除去水中硬度（Ca2+ 、Mg2+）的过程称为软化。本设备装填0017强酸型Na离子交换树脂，（如为食品，制药企业建议采用食品级树脂）用钠离子置换原水中的钙、镁离子，使原水中的残余硬度低于0.03mmol/L。软
9、化的目的是防止反渗透膜表面结垢，以延长反渗透膜的使用寿命和处理效率。选型：软水器为玻璃钢材质容器，控制：控制系统采用美国自动控制阀型。按已设定的时间/流量，控制阀头可自动再生树脂，完成吸盐反洗，正冲注水过程。软水器配备一个再生箱，应每日检查盐箱的盐量及水量，并及时补充盐（禁止使用加碘盐及其他有添加物的盐）。6、精密过滤器作用：精密过滤又称为保安过滤器。它是原水进入反渗透膜装置前的一道处理工艺。PP过滤芯具有过滤流量大，纳污量大，压力损耗小的特点，可阻截不同粒径的杂质颗粒，集表面过滤与深层过滤于一体。精密过滤器使用一定时期后也有堵塞现象，因此，一定时期后PP熔喷滤芯必须更换，更换依据：精密过滤前
10、后的压力差在0.05-0.1Mpa时更换。选型：选用不锈钢材质容器.7、高压泵作用：高压泵是提供给反渗透系统所需产水流量及水质的工作压力。使过滤水经过泵体后满足膜体的进水压力，保证纯水的出水量。选型：根据反渗透膜所需的工作压力，采用南方特种泵业出产的高压泵.控制：当原水压力表指针达到2KG时，按下产水开关，高压泵启动，开始产水。高压泵前设有压力保护开关，当进水压力低于1KG时，压力保护开关关闭，高压泵停止工作。8、反渗透装置作用：反渗透装置是纯化水生产线的主要部分。采用美国海德能的反渗透膜元件。ESPA系列为高脱盐率苦咸水淡化膜。可在较低操作压力下，获取高水通量，其平均脱盐率99.5%。 由于
11、ESPA膜具有上述的优点，从而为水泵、压力容器、管道、阀门等配套设备的选择提供了更为广泛的空间。而且使用功率更小的电机即可满足工作的需要。同时，ESPA膜的高水通量、高脱盐率的特性，这些都使设备制造成本和系统设备投资费用大为降低，并且可大量的节省能源，降低了系统的运行费用，提高水质。选型：美国海德能ESPAI-4040。反渗透装置所设计的产水温度25，水的利用率为75%。9、产品水箱（成品水箱）作用：反渗透装置出水，进入纯化水箱，再通过纯化水箱送至各用水点。 控制：纯化水箱内设有高，低液位开关，控制反渗透装置的给水泵。当纯化水箱处于低水位时，反渗透装置给水泵开始工作，向纯化水箱注水；高水位时，
