4、比例混合入选,粒度和密度组成见筛分和浮沉试验结果表,煤层系数=80/20。2 煤质资料综合与分析2.1 筛分资料综合与分析2.1.1 筛分试验资料审查,综合与灰分校正1)筛分试验资料审查筛分资料是制定合理的选煤工艺流程、进行流程计算和作为主要设备选型的基本依据,它要有足够的代表性。用不具代表性或代表性差的筛分资料提供设计,是对设计的误导,后果是严重的。因此,对筛分资料的代表性问题应该引起高度重视。筛分资料的可靠性,对设计所选用的流程和设备起着决定性作用。现将原煤筛分资料可靠性分析如下:a)试验结果的灰分差值:筛分试验前总样灰分与试验后各粒级产物灰分的加权平均值的差值,按其灰分不同、粒度不同有不
5、同的规定。b)筛分试验的审查:检查筛分后各产物配制总样的灰分与各粒级产物灰分的加权平均值的差值是否超出下列规定,如超出,该次试验无效。当煤样灰分小于20时,相对差值不得超过10,即:当煤样灰分大于或等于20时,绝对差值不能超过2.0,即:式中 Ad 筛分后各产物配制总样所测得的灰分,; 筛分后各产物所测得的灰分加权平均值,。2)筛分试验资料综合对于自然级来说,确定各层煤在入厂原煤中所占的百分数表2-3中,。将各层煤占本层煤的粒度级别分别换算成占入厂原煤的百分数如表2-3中第3栏和第6栏。将占全样各个数值按等粒级相加,即得原煤各粒级的含量。如表2-3中综合后各粒度级的灰分用加权平均法计算,例如,
6、表2-3中,第9栏各行为对于破碎级来说,从表中,可以确定200mm破碎级各煤层在入厂原煤中所占的百分数,如表2-1中,200mm占全样的比例为K1=6.70%,将表2-3中占本级的产率乘以K1等于填入第四列中;综合表的占全样产率等于各层煤占全样产率之和,占本级产率为各粒级占全样的产率的百分数,各粒级灰分等于两层煤灰分占产率的加权平均值,灰分校正方法:将200mm没破碎的灰分填入校正合计灰分,将与原灰分做差求出,各粒级校正灰分等于原灰分加上灰分校正系数。然后将破碎级综合表中产率与校正后灰分填入表2-5中,表2-5中自然级产率灰分为-200mm筛分实验结果。表格2- 1入厂优毛煤自然级筛分组成表T
