Thus, the 100-flow series is the highest viscosity series (or low

12、med with a four-digit nomenclature, with the general purpose grades are typically prefixed with a G. The first two numeric digits represent the durometer D hardness (in general, the greater the hardness, the stiffer the polymer). The third digit represents relative viscosity within a hardness and a
13、grade category. Thus, if you compare G5544, 5526, and 5556, all have 55D hardness. The G5544 is a general purpose resin. Between the 5526 and the 5556, the 5526 has a lower melt viscosity or higher flow. The fourth digit denotes the type of stabilizer: 0-5 Discoloring and 6-9 Nondiscoloring.The Spec
14、ialty grades, when prefixed with an HTR, are based on a sequential numbering system. Otherwise, they follow the above nomenclature. 3078 softest grade of Hytrel HTR6108 has the lowest permeability 5555HS is suitable for higher upper use temperature and is compounded with a heat stabilizer package HT
15、R8068 is the only compounded grade of Hytrel that gives a UL listing of V-0.The Blow Moldable grades are all black, and are also based on a sequential numbering system.The DYM grades are all black also, and the numerical code represents the flexural modulus of the polymer according to ISO178 at room
