1、创意产业平台的研究与实现Creative Industries Research and Implementation Platform摘 要文化创意产业是指依靠创意人的智慧、技能和天赋，借助于高科技对文化资源进行创造与提升，通过知识产权的开发和运用，产生出高附加值产品，具有创造财富和就业潜力的产业。文化创意产业包含文化产品、文化服务与智能产权三项内容。本论文完成了一个文化创意产业平台的设计与实现。给出了项目开发背景及目标，介绍了相关技术和开发工具。通过需求分析，抽象出系统所需的主要功能，完成了系统的概要设计和详细设计。对全国各地的文化创意产业信息资源进行了采集，集成了文化创意产业的公告、法律
2、、法规等信息，建立了应用资源数据库，完成了数据库的详细设计。实现了数据展现模块、信息发布模块和表现模块，给出了每个模块的设计和具体实现过程。提供了创意产业信息的检索功能，包括标准检索、全文检索、特征检索。智能关联功能可方便用户快速地找到自己感兴趣的文章。采用图表的形式对海量数据进行统计和可视化呈现。最后对系统进行了单元测试和集成测试。系统采用分布式体系结构，在应用层实现了透明访问，实现了文化创意产业信息资源的共享服务，保证了系统的界面友好和维护方便。论文的研究成果可方便政府各级官员、专业研究人员以及从事文化创意产业人员获取相关专业信息，辅助做出决策判断和分析。关键词 创意产业 文化平台 特征检

Creative cultural industries include cultural products, cultural services and intelligent property rights.This thesis has completed the design and development of creative cultural platform. First of all, the background and purpose of this thesis is summarized,
5、 introducing relative developing technologies and tools needed in this system. By means of need analysis, this system abstracts the required function frame, and accomplishes outline design and detail design. The thesis has completed to gather and organize efficiently the countrys cultural creative i
6、ndustries information resources, to integrate announcements, laws, regulations and other data related to cultural and creative industries, to establish a application resource database, and to complete the detail design of the database. It has completed data-shown module, information-released module
7、and performance module, and gives the process of each function module. System provides a great deal of creative industries information search function, including standard retrieval, full-text retrieval and feature retrieval. Intelligent correlation is helpful for users to find articles of interest q
8、uickly. Using the form of the report and the chart to statistic and visually present the mass data. Finally, the system has completed unit testing and integration testing.System uses a distributed architecture, and transparent access to the application layer, provides cultural and creative industrie
