9、成55510的胚料3.在刨床上先刨一平面做基准4.在基准上划线5.在铣床上加工出零件图的样子6.按图纸要求做相应的热处理7.检验8.入库体会学习不仅仅是为了知道自己看了那些书，而是掌握书里面的知识这样才是自己的。课程设计就是这样一个让自己掌握上课学的和书本上的知识，要做出想要的一套模具就必须对他整个的设计、工艺编制和制造过程有比较熟悉的了解，只有各个阶段顺利的完成才有可能设计出能完成设计要求的模具。在大学里面的实践机会不是很多，也可以说是非常少，课程设计就成了我们少有的实践机会，通过从最初得到的任务书到完成说明书画出完整的零件图和装配图是一个辛苦的过程，这不仅仅是说对身体的考验，还是对知识结构
10、的考验。一套模具的设计是要对整个系统的设计和校验，通过书本上各个零件的设计方法，经过自己的整理和具体的设计，最终完成任务书的要求。两周的专业课课程设计是这学期的总结，揉和了各种基础课，而基础课程的学习只是一个了解过程，通过课程设计不仅仅会用到我们学过的知识，还有部分知识需要通过收集的资料、查模具手册。课程设计中最重要的部分就是通过计算完成零件图和装配图的绘制，无论是模架还是定位的销钉都会有属于他们的计算，而书写说明书中的主要部分是模具零部件的校核，也只有拥有足够的强度才能够完成预定的设计要求。在两周的设计时间里，让我知道了即使很简单的事情要想做得仔细也困难，要的都是衡心。参考文献： 1：冷冲压

12、008年1月版 08F中F表示是沸腾钢，08表示为含碳量为万分之八 它属于优质碳结构钢，是08F。 08F的化学成分：C%0.05-0.11, Mn%0.25-0.50, Si=%0.03, P=%0.035, S=%0.035, Cr=%0.10, Ni=%0.30, Cu=%0.20. 这里除了锰的含量少低外，其他的化学成分都符合，因此可以认为它是08F。 强度、硬度很低，而塑性、韧性极高，具有良好的冷变形性和焊接性，正火后切削加工性尚可，退火后导磁率较高，剩磁较少，但淬透性、淬硬性极低 这种钢的塑性很好，主要用来制造冷冲压件。锰的在钢中起到增加弹性强度的作用，因此在符合要求的情况下，含量
