1、【硕士论文】危爆物品的供应链体系研究以浏阳花炮为例 湖南大学硕士学位论文危爆物品的供应链体系研究以浏阳花炮为例姓名：欧阳飞雪申请学位级别：硕士专业：国际贸易学指导教师：赖明勇20070501 I摘 要随着经济全球化的发展和国际间产业的转移，危爆物品供应链相关问题已经成为国际性的问题。与此同时，危爆物品由于具有爆炸、易燃、有毒害甚至放射性等性质，在运输、装卸过程中稍有不慎，便有可能造成人身伤亡、财产损毁和环境污染，因此对危爆物品供应链体系的深入研究有着重要的理论研究价值和现实意义。论文首先从安全经济学和价值转移理论两个方面阐述了危爆物品供应链体系构建的理论基础，在此基础上，论文对危爆物品供应链体
2、系的构建途径选择进行了探究，论文指出在危爆物品供应链体系构建过程中，第四方物流提供了一整套完善的供应链解决方案，它集成了企业管理以及危爆物品专业咨询和第三方物流的能力，不仅能够降低实时操作的成本，还能够通过优秀的第三方物流、技术专家和管理顾问之间的联盟，为客户提供最佳的供应链解决方案，可以有效地成为危爆物品供应链体系真正的整合平台。紧接着论文以第四方物流为平台对危爆品供应链体系进行了设计，论文介绍了第四方物流整合的思路，阐述了危险危爆物品供应链中各单位的职责以及第四方物流的承担者的条件，并指出了第四方物流整合供应链的发展思路和改进方向。最后论文对浏阳花炮股份有限公司进行了案例研究，在对公司现有

On the basis, the paper explores construction options of hazardous explosives supply chain system. It is proposed that in the hazardous ex

And then the paper makes further consideration of the supply chain systems development of Liuyang Fireworks Co., LTD. and other hazardous explosives enterprises.
